I suggest that the Mann’s DEFENSE team use a similar tactic by printing-out each and every EPA regulation which bears ANY reference to a Greenpeace article, or contains the SAME information as any Greenpeace article. Thus PROVING that a duly empowered AGENCY of the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT “believed-in” Greenpeace’s claims. Therefore, Greenpeace is not JUST practicing “exaggeration” and “hyperbole” … but are taken seriously by none other than the EPA. And then go on to show how the SCOTUS has relied on the EPA’s findings … many of which were presented by Greenpeace.
