Nigga is meaningless fluff, a rap/ hip-pop creation, Affirmative Action strikes at the core of decent society forcing undeserving mediocrity on it’s citizens.

When I was a kid, a neighbor had a black cocker spaniel that was called Nigga. Nobody thought anything of it, however it sounded funny when they called him in at nightfall.

We are not sure why Harper didn’t simply fill every Senate seat immediately after it became available. Then Surfer Dude could have been stopped from doing really stupid things. That’s the whole purpose of the Senate and Harper cheated the Canadian people by removing the safeguard.
