How do you provide water,sewer,power to that monstrosity?
by pipe and electrical lines. You put a “quiet” gen-set up there and just use condensation traps for water, and all is well. As to sewage, new systems provide potable water at discharge end, so can be reused, and solids burned.
More or less just as with every other building. Just a little higher up. But that too has been done several times in the alps already.

Do people read this stuff and think its actually there? Love to see the planning consent. So some one has created a “concept” and its worthy of publishing why exactly, its like the BMW m/c thing a few weeks ago another concept but someone with no idea how its going to work of course basically doodled on paper, isn’t that the beauty of concept, an idea yeah well lots of us do that, tell me when its a reality otherwise is what used to be called daydreaming.
Meanwhile probably somewhat related Brexit its definitely a concept but in no way real, as much as people want you to think otherwise its just been another idea. Meanwhile reality continues on …
