  5. When Trumps begins to worry about the “framing” it will be the start of his finish. After the type of campaign he ran and the ideas and thoughts he articulated, in his own way, based on his beliefs and a majority of those who brought him to the dance, he should plow ahead!
    If he starts to worry about the MSM and finding the middle it will reveal a lack of faith in the “conservative” ideas he espoused, or he’s a fraud.
    Oh well. We’ve been fooled before.

Flint could indeed be a quagmire that cant be solved. Give a good college try but man that place is toxic. Maybe there is some cheap real estate closer to Detroit…

And when one examines his biography … he can hardly be categorized as just another dumb, uneducated, rwhite whinggger. Sorry. Most lefty luvvies haven’t accomplished 1/10 of what Bannon has.     And I must admit, that I don’t really feel too motivated to change the frame. As Obama scolded us rwhite whinggers … “Elections have consequences”. The perpetual children who are being paid to pitch a fit in America’s leftiest cities are NOT winning over any converts. All the Mexican Flags, egg-throwing, American Flag burning, and violent taunting during the election was SEEN and REVILED by the majority of Americans. It helped DESTROY HER candidacy. Let em keep it up … for 8 years. I don’t care. And when they cross the line ? LOCK EM UP.
    The American people will decide who is UNhinged and who isn’t. The best thing Trump is doing is to show a quiet, calm, decisive, leadership. His first week has been nothing short of SPECTACULAR. Mark my words … it will be recorded historically as SPECTACULARLY SUCCESSFUL in creating a massively positive image for America and the whole World. Trump is proving to be even SMARTER than I … I … gave him credit for.

    Who cares ? Get on with it already. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and lifestyle choice. Yes, a lifestyle CHOICE. Find me the LGBTQQeieio gene … and then we can talk. Because then, we will have the “choice” to ABORT any babies with the LGBTQQ gene (remember ? you said nobody would want to “choose” being gay ?). If you believe it is OK to ABORT babies with Downs Syndrome, then why not ABORT babies with LGBTQQ syndrome ? Until then ? Knock yourselves out, enjoy your pride parades. The rest of us will simply ignore you. We aren’t interested. Get on with it already. And I will promise NOT to tell you how “boring” my regular old heterosexual “normal” sex life is … so “boring” … so “normal”.

    In most cases it’s because the people who are paid good wages to maintain the community water treatment plant don’t do their job correctly. If they’re white they get fired, if not then excuses are made and nothing changes.
    Guess why it’s the worst in communities where your chances of a wage job depends on how closely you are related to chief and council.

    Remember when he was going to “completely repeal and replace Obamacare” but now is planning to keep its most central pillar (i.e., guaranteed issue)?
    Remember when he promised to appoint a special prosecutor to throw “crooked Hillary” in jail but now she’s “good people” and so he’s just “going to think about it”.
    Remember when Republicans in Congress spent the past 8 years rejecting, on the grounds of affordability, the Obama administration’s calls to create jobs and stimulate the economy by rebuilding America’s crumbling public infrastructure but now Trump’s first priority is a New Deal-style infrastructure jobs program?
    Master Persuader? Sure–but perhaps it’s his supporters who’ve been under his illusions this whole time.

  14. Milo gets MY vote ! No, I am not the least bit bothered by his LGBT!GAG status. Why ? Other than having a rather FLAMING persona … he just gets on with it. I LOVE his IDEAS and his WORDS. His personal proclivities mean -0- to me. I won’t be bedding him nor he me. But as a speaker who puts panty waists in their proper place ? There is none better. I would subscribe to C-SPAN … just for his press conferences.

  15. Well BL, you might be right but then again you might be wrong. There are a lot of “Unknowns”.
    But I will point out that “Not a single registered lobbyist raised a substantial amount for Mr. Trump’s campaign.” So there’s that, i.e., he doesn’t owe any of them. Maybe they are chosen because of their knowledge instead of their politics. That would be refreshing.
    And there’s NOTHING contradictory to saying that SOME parts of the current health care system are going to remain. If they’re good things, why should they not? Trump supporters are not ideologues, they want workable solutions.
    With the illegal aliens, one must start somewhere as it’s such a BIG problem that one can not solve it in one move. Starting with the criminals seems like a good place to begin to me. Well, that and actually enforcing laws already on the books. We’ll see where it goes from there as the months roll by.
    As to the “wall”, at this point what you have written is purely your point of view. He’s not in office yet, doesn’t have his team in place yet, and so no one, including you, know what will happen. He said he will build the wall. Again, we will see…. but it’s way premature to say he won’t.
    All in all, it appears to me that you are just trolling.

  17. I agree that Trump and Pence should not be perceived as bending under pressure from the left. What’s the point of diversity if Pence (and I) can’t speak out against homosexuality? My gay friends know I don’t agree with their lifestyle choices (and they evidently don’t agree with mine), but we get along, get our work done and occasionally have a discussion that is meaningful.

    That and the wailing and gnashing of teeth from the New York Times when they find they are no longer recognized by the White House as a legitimate news organization and get shut out of those press conferences.
