Howard Stern is not banned in Canada. He works on Serius/xm radio in the US and they have some licensing agreement with a Canadian company who the cbc has a significant ownership role in.

Well, while I was shuffling papers yesterday, between conf calls, I happened to tune into a Hellary ‘speech’, where, incredbily, she was very subdued. It was very odd. she was talking very quietly, very slowly, and carefully. To an extreme.
My first though was she must be really doped out on the Valium today. Mr EpiPen must have paid a visit.
She is a very sick woman (yeah between the ears), but physically, she is not well at all, and once again the media is running interference for her.
If this was a Republican, her health would be 24/7 coverage. A stroke between now and Nov 9th would be, hmmmm, inconvenient,(!)
