Democratic National Committee documents recently released by WikiLeaks include spreadsheets and emails that appear to show party officials planning which donors and prominent fundraisers to provide with appointments to federal boards and commissions.
The documents, which were circulated among top DNC officials in April, could raise legal questions for the party, says Ken Boehm, the chairman of the National Legal and Policy Center, a government watchdog group.

There’s always one problem with WikiLeaks material when you try to use it in a court room: what is the legal evidence trail?
If the material wasn’t obtained legally, it might not be admissible as evidence under law.
This has apparently happened to the lawyers for the detainees in Gitmo who got their hands on classified US DoD reports on their defendants from WikiLeaks. The judge asked how the evidence was obtained and it was rejected because it had been stolen from the US Government.

5) Hillary Clinton setup a slush fund through the DNC to launder donor money.
6) The DNC actively colluded with the media to work against Bernie Sanders.
