  1. Obama would be implicated in any indictment as he knew about the server because he sent and received her emails. Therefore Lynch’s orders are clear – “delay, obfuscate, deceive if required but under no circumstances are you to indict Mrs. Clinton”. If the Clintons hadn’t dirtied Obama he would have pulled the plug on her long ago.

  2. The entire Government Civl Service will be used as they have been convinced they must keep Trump out.
They no doubt persuade them it is the patriotic thing to do !

  3. I doubt obungles sent or received any thing of importance from/to Hitlery, it would have been the VJ teemer:-)))
One has to wonder what $$$$$ implications are:-)))

  4. What a disgrace. Apart of politicians showing what they are it is disgusting that this is not yet all over the media as huge scandal. Independently of liking or not liking a candidate c or t this goes to the heart of democracy. A sad day for America.

  5. She was just asking Bill if she can keep her job come January.
You know, and I know, she would never dare discuss a top secret potential indictment of Hillary Clinton with Bill…..
    ha.

  6. “There was no discussion on any matter pending before the Department or any matter pending with any other body, there was no discussion of Benghazi, no discussion of State Department emails,” Lynch said at the Phoenix Police Department.

    Bahahahaha.
catching my breath, and wiping tears from my eyes….
Spoken like a True, Liberal, Socialist, Democrat..
Thank You, we all understand, and we know you would never lie to us..

  7. They don’t even try to hide their cronyism anymore. Lynch needs to recuse herself from the Hillary file.

  8. This is heartening, IMO. Essentially the message here is that the Clintons have no idea where they stand, and a past president waiting at the airport like a little lapdog to get 30 risky minutes with the Attorney General (which was uncovered, btw) shows the Clintons are worried.
Can the DOJ make the recommendation of no indictment? Yes. But, the FBI’s reputation is on the line here (for what it’s worth) and they length of the investigation as well as some to the tools they’ve used so far (immunity to the IT rep…questioning a Romanian hacker…pulling in all the aides for questioning…expanding the criminal investigation to include pay to play connections with the Clinton Foundation)…. The final recommendation from the FBI won’t just recommend indictment; it will be a masterful recommendation that likely includes so many potential individual indictments that the DOJ will have a tough choice to make.
The only way out for Clinton is to hope that the DOJ takes the approach that there are so many opportunities for indictment that they need a long period of time to study the recommendation (which explains why Comey invited the DOJ into their investigation from the beginning)…to avoid that obfuscation.
I’m in the “Clintons (plural) are done, finished, kaput” category…despite everyone’s pessimism on the issue. She’s done…and won’t be the candidate in November….

  9. Why should she recuse herself?
Nothing bad can happen to her.The Left discovered years ago that there are really no consequences for doing whatever you want, just occasional disapproval from the media, but the media is in bed with the left,so there’s not even that problem.
I heard on another site that Lynch and Bill C had only met to talk about their grandchildren. Probably true, because it doesn’t have to be said,by either, that nothing is going to come of the E-mail scandal, or anything else involving Hillary.
Putin allegedly intends to release some of Hillary’s E-mails,though how HE got them is anyone’s guess ( do I have to say “sarc”?),which makes me wonder why NATO,including Canada,is about to deploy troops to Latvia and Estonia. Canada has apparently committed a Battalion.

  10. Bill Clinton met with Lynch to tell her where to find the dead bodies of her grandchildren … if she dare allow Hillary to be indicted. And how much $$$$$ the Clinton Foundation would reward her with … if she killed the whole “investigation” … and publicly apologized to Hillary for the misunderstanding.

  11. Corruption in action! It is wrong on so many levels. Sure – they talked about grandkids. Bill – “please consider how terrible it would be for Hillary’s grandkids to have to visit her in prison……..

  12. It was a Clinton set up of Lynch. Lynch is now impotent regardless of whether she indicts or not. Indict – she gave Bill advance warning. Don’t indict – she took her orders during the airplane meeting. Either way it is advantage Clintons and Obama will have a severely damaged AG as his watercarrier.

  13. At the very, very least the optics are terrible and Lynch’s judgment is horrible; how far she has fallen from her respected work prior to becoming AG. Sure, they talked about their grandkids. This confirms in my mind Hillary’s email scandal is red hot with the FBI, whom she is now ducking, desperately needing to get past the DNC to cement her nomination. Was Bill lobbying for mercy for his wife, or trying to convince Lynch to call off the FBI dogs of corruption?
That seems more likely than grandkids discussions. I’m not saying Lynch asked for the meeting or was happy about it, but she met him anyway.
Bill’s insidious influence in the so-called Clinton “Foundation” and the FBI’s apparent interest in it as a “criminal enterprise,” as someone at the Bureau is rumoured as to have opined, should have made him persona non grata to Lynch.
Bill Ayers must be working a fever pitch to mobilize his violent do-gooders to head off Trump’s rise and/or depress turnout, as today Rasmussen reports fully half of American voters consider Benghazi a “serious scandal,” growing to 3/4 if “embarrassing” is added. Consequently, Trump has leapfrogged Clinton in Rasmussen’s latest poll by 4%, an increase of 9% over their poll last week which had Hillary ahead by 5%, and in line with other polling then.

OK it’s summer; better to be ahead a little than behind a little. Loretta Lynch had two weeks from hell, taking two big shots for her team with her redacted Islamist killer transcripts and now her very unwise meeting with Bill Clinton. While the Clintons wallow, Trump has time to work on his “negatives.”

  14. I understand the AG’s aides were flipping out when Clinton invited himself aboard.
BOTH Clinton and Lynch KNOW better and he should have been politely escorted out immediately, and at her insistence. IMHO, Clinton would not have tried this if he didn’t believe he had something to gain.
Damn, I am so tired of watching the media protect these people. You wonder where they even find the time after assassinating Trump’s campaign all day long.

  16. Oxford Dictionary
    re·cuse. [riˈkyo͞oz]
    VERB
    1.
    NORTH AMERICAN
challenge (a judge, prosecutor, or juror) as unqualified to perform legal duties because of a possible conflict of interest or lack of impartiality:
“a motion to recuse the prosecutor”

    (recuse oneself)
(of a judge) excuse oneself from a case because of a possible conflict of interest or lack of impartiality:
“the Justice Department demanded that he recuse himself from the case”
    ………………………………………………………………………………………….
Loretta Lynch can RECUSE herself from the Hillary Clinton case because of this incident.
The United States Deputy Attorney General is the second-highest-ranking official in the United States Department of Justice. In the United States federal government, the Deputy Attorney General oversees the day-to-day operation of the Department of Justice, and may act as Attorney General during the absence of the Attorney General.
The United States Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates.
Again, Loretta Lynch can simply recuse herself from this case and have Sally Yates sign, serve, and prosecute Hillary Clinton.

  17. Bingo. You nailed it exactly. Be interesting to know where the tip came from.

  18. You mean this Sally Yates?
    http://nypost.com/2016/01/31/this-was-all-planned-former-ig-says-hillary-state-dept-are-lying/
Still, “It will never get to an indictment,” (former State Dept Inspector General Howard) Krongard said.
For one, he says, any criminal referral to the Justice Department from the FBI “will have to go through four loyal Democrat women” — Assistant Attorney General Leslie Caldwell, who heads the department’s criminal division; Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates; Attorney General Loretta Lynch; and top White House adviser Valerie Jarrett.
Even if they accept the referral, he says, the case quickly and quietly will be plea-bargained down to misdemeanors punishable by fines in a deal similar to the one Clinton’s lawyer, David Kendall, secured for Gen. David Petraeus. In other words, a big slap on the wrist.

  19. All of the government departments and secretariats are headed by loyal Democrats. All of them. This is news to you?
The inaugurated President appoints them anew with every fresh administration unless he is in his second term and the department head continues from the first term. Duh.
If you’re going to go with, “Well they’re all loyal democrats so they’ll give Hillary a pass.” then why waste your time writing the analysis at June 30, 2016 12:26 PM? Just say so and stop being such a pedant.
My point is that the incident around which this tread topic revolves does not have to compromise the case.

  20. And my point is that when you get to the 2nd and 3rd stringers off the bench (all on the same team as you point out), the chances of a pragmatic by-the-book approach are even less. This is because the 2nd and 3rd stringers will be even more motivated to improve their spot on the team depth chart than the current starter would be.

  21. RN: “2nd and 3rd stringers will be even more motivated to improve their spot on the team depth chart than the current starter would be.”
OTOH they may hire a lawyer and demand a trade.
IMHO Bill ambushed Loretta, horribly staining her credibility. She probably told him none of his bee’s wax on email dirt (coincidence: Hillary meeting FBI Saturday?). Perhaps Bubba was probing for any dirt on the parallel Clinton Foundation pay for play investigation (“criminal enterprise?”).
I also believe Lynch has had enough, hence her comments that she is quite willing to defer to the FBI. As one outlet said – bad move Bill. Or as Mike Huckabee observed – Hillary is really pissed with Bill signaling a loud weekend. There was no possible gain yet Bill acted so rashly (sign of a guilty mind?).
I rate Hillary’s chances of continuing as Dem presidential candidate at 50:50, assuming she shores up her falling vote. She’s headed for a hot summer, as are the people with the violent do-gooders and non-Muslim lone wolf pack terrorists plotting and perpetrating mayhem.
