A RICO complaint…..More details …. the entire legal complaint in fact …. is available at

“Resolute Forest Products Inc filed a racketeering lawsuit against Greenpeace and some of its associates for its campaign criticizing the company’s forestry practices.
The Montreal, Quebec-based company said in a statement on Tuesday that the complaint, filed with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District Of Georgia, sought compensatory and other damages.
The complaint included racketeering, trademark, defamation and tortious interference claims against Greenpeace over its campaign titled “Resolute: Forest Destroyer.”
In the campaign, Greenpeace said Resolute, one of the largest producers of newsprint in North America, had destroyed Canada’s Boreal forest and woodland caribou habitat.
Resolute said Greenpeace International, Greenpeace USA, Greenpeace Fund Inc, advocacy group STAND and others were named in the lawsuit.”
It looks like a strong case but I’m no lawyer.

  2. As more than one commenter there pointed out, all that the excluded white men need to do is to self-identify as women, and surely the ban would be lifted?
See Alinsky, Rules for Radicals, no. 4.
A healthy dose of no. 5 wouldn’t hurt either, since the left has a gift for bringing ridicule onto itself.

  3. I won’t be sorry to see it go if it’s abolished.
The CRTC largely failed in controlling markets. It was the CRTC that imposed those idiotic Cancon rules on us at the order of PET. Those didn’t prevent people from listening to cross-border radio signals and hearing “banned” music, namely songs recorded by foreign performers.
A lot of remote communities didn’t have much in the way of TV 30 or 40 years ago while many larger cities along the 49th parallel, particularly in the east, had access to a variety of channels. The CRTC insisted on keeping things that way well into the 1980s, leading to people trying to bootleg the downlink from the TV satellites that were operating at the time.
I remember when the B. C. provincial government thumbed its nose at PET in 1980 by erecting a satellite receiver on the grounds of the legislature. Clearly, the people wanted to have access to those signals. PET, naturally, said no.

  4. Technically, it was only completely different the first time.
The second time it was the same but different.

  5. At the drop of a hat, that Oklahoma State legislation would be dismissed by the US Supreme Court. Problem is, someone has to file the case. And now you know why Americans love paper money.

  6. Socialism’s natural end result.
    Socialist Watson has a sinkhole.
“The mayor of any G7 capital has experienced sinkholes.”
“At the time of the flooding, workers were digging under the location to excavate the remaining 50 metres of tunnel for a light rail line that is scheduled to open in 2018. The workers were immediately removed. ”
    …-
“What caused the huge sinkhole in downtown Ottawa”
“No city wants to see this kind of a sinkhole,” Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson said, noting that it occurred at one of the city’s major intersections. “The mayor of any G7 capital has experienced sinkholes. This is not something new and unique to the city of Ottawa.”

  7. Big Greedy Brother:
“Now, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol has a device that also allows them to seize money in your bank account or on prepaid cards.
It’s called an ERAD, or Electronic Recovery and Access to Data machine, and state police began using 16 of them last month.
Here’s how it works. If a trooper suspects you may have money tied to some type of crime, the highway patrol can scan any cards you have and seize the money.
‘We’re gonna look for different factors in the way that you’re actin’ Oklahoma Highway Patrol Lt. John Vincent said. ‘We’re gonna look for if there’s a difference in your story. If there’s someway that we can prove that you’re falsifying information to us about your business.’
Troopers insist this isn’t just about seizing cash.”
