Diabolical, but:
(1) It leaves out a major motivation for her secret email server: to hide the transactions, both foreign and domestic, that shoveled lucre to the Clinton Foundation and their posse;
(2) It doesn’t make sense for O to nominate Lynch after she’s defied him. More likely it would be Pres. Biden who would reward her for her stalwart service to the country with a nomination to SCOTUS, followed by GOPe rubber stamp.

Biden will be the nominee and he is much tougher to beat than Clinton. The Ladbrokes betting odds in the UK are dropping fast on Biden both as president, and as nominee and considering that he is not running, that is interesting.

If it’s information about what she was doing, legitimately or otherwise, while SoS it is covered by FOIA. And, since it seems the investigators are learning about what she did from sources other than the emails she handed over, they may have some or all of what she deleted. Maybe they got from Putin. Or Khamenei. Or from Obama’s own hackers.

I disagree with Coulter’s prediction. Obama can’t let her go, unless there’s a shit storm over this, necessitated by a very bad FBI report which cannot be suppressed. Obama can’t allow his legacy to be tainted by criminal charges against his former Sec of State and now Dem candidate for POTUS.
Even if the Dems have to lose the election to save Obama’s posterity, or is it posterior, it’s acceptable. I do notice Obama, while further tarnishing the office by fraying into the election campaign, has underscored the problems of Trump rather than the achievements of HRC.
Having said that, especially after the witless attacks by Warren and Clinton on Donald Trump buying distressed real estate out of the housing crisis Bill caused, there is ample evidence Warren and Biden are already throwing in the bullpen, ready for a quick trip to the mound.
Too bad for them Bernie is already warmed up and throwing hard. He sees himself as the Trump stopper, tossing a mean curve ball of favourable head to head polls and in futile readiness to challenge super-delegate spitballs, right up to and including convention.
How ironic it’s the Dems who are fighting all the way to convention. Self-serving conclusions about the nasty motivations of Trump followed by judgmental finger wagging don’t resonate in 2016. They’ve thrown everything at Trump, he has made comment after comment that was supposed to finish him.
That hasn’t happened, at least not yet; he continues to grow; but the full weight of Hillary’s past hasn’t seen the light of day; not by a long shot; thanks to mediocracy suppression.
