The NYCHRL [New York City Human Rights Law] requires employers[, landlords, and all businesses and professionals] to use an [employee’s, tenant’s, customer’s, or client’s] preferred name, pronoun and title (e.g., Ms./Mrs.) regardless of the individual’s sex assigned at birth, anatomy, gender, medical history, appearance, or the sex indicated on the individual’s identification.
Most individuals and many transgender people use female or male pronouns and titles. Some transgender and gender non-conforming people prefer to use pronouns other than he/him/his or she/her/hers, such as they/them/theirs or ze/hir. [Footnote: Ze and hir are popular gender-free pronouns preferred by some transgender and/or gender non-conforming individuals.]

I still remember when the topic of Same-Sex marriage first came out. Initial reports was that 67% of the population was against it. That’s when the media, especially the CBC, decided to roll up their sleeves, and get to work.
Now, speaking against SSM is considered “Hate Speech”. You can bet that the same strategy is being implemented with this, with a similar result pending.
How about CTV having a poll to see if their entire countrywide news staff should be replaced by transgenders in the interest of “fairness” and putting their money where all their lefty parrot beaks are?
I guess if you can keep enough superfluous issues in the headlines it keeps people from scrutinized what is important. Personally I have always thought it was not my business what your sexual preferences are , or your orientation , or if you are transgendered . I seriously doubt anyone dressed as a woman equipped as a man who uses a woman’s bathroom will get a second look unless they do something to make it an issue. Or vice versa . I don’t think they have considered all the implications of this legislation. What will happen the first time someone of one gender narrowly misses the cut for a position (sport comes to mind ) and their level would more than qualify them if they were the opposite gender , and they simply declare themselves to be that gender ? If you refuse them , are you a criminal?

Yesterday, our Federal government became “enablers” in the continuation of some individuals mental illness. They’re not doing anything to help these people and the families involved, the government is enabling a continuation of suffering for these people that so desperately need mental health care. Instead of funding the care needed to help these people, the government is actually not helping them, simply going along with their illness.

As an Architect, I will REFUSE to design any more Multiple fixture restrooms. I won’t draw anything other than single occupancy facilities. Period. Wayy way back in good ol Architecture school … we often debated whether we could, in good conscience, “design a nuclear facility” … if we were morally opposed to radiation DEATH and DESTRUCTION. Of course I always said that I would … so I could provide the best work possible to make them safe. But now I DO have an Architectural MORAL dilemma … should I put our little girls at risk of molerstation by designing facilities for transgendered (and fake tranny heteros) sickos to prowl ? Sorry I refuse to design RAPE facilities. And don’t even BOTHER to ask about your Mosque-design.

Did a quick (10 mins) at Statscan. The only sex they mention in any census is male/female. If I was any of the alphabet soup sex out there, I would be screaming bloody murder to get that info on the form by 2020!!! Talk about discrimination.
