Oh, Shiny Prime Minister!

Via Castanet, as no mainstream outlets are quoting this portion;

“We think we ought to avoid doing precisely what our enemies want us to do: they want us to elevate them, to give in to fear, to indulge in hatred,” Prime Minister Justin Trudeau told a news conference Monday.
“The lethal enemy of barbarism isn’t hatred, it’s reason. And the people terrorized by ISIL every day don’t need our vengeance, they need our help.”

Say, is it too soon to talk about the lisp?

  1. What we are seeing is the influence of the M.B. on policy of the Trudeau Liberal government.
For Canadian armed forces to not kill Islamic State jihadis is Sharia law compliant.
Electing the lowest I.Q. Prime Minister in History has consequences.
Canada is now on the Caliphate Curve.
(Note the Kurdish fighters have been under supplied by Western countries since the beginning due to the Obama administration policy in co-operation w/Turkey. Secondly, they have limited numbers and will only fight for land they consider their territory. Trudeau has switched Canada to a defensive role. Remember how important a role air power played in the Kurds retaking Kobane.)

  2. Yup the Libtards are back all right.
Once again our troops are in harms way, without support.
These evil fools have pulled the air support and increased the ground troops in a war where the enemy has zero air power and hugely outnumbers us on the ground.
What you bet the “new” uniforms have nice bulls eyes on the front and back.
The LPC’s hatred of fighting soldiers is so ingrained, they seem to conspire to have them massacred by the enemy.
Whats next, cut off supplies as “We do not think killing people cures their barbarism”.
“There fore our troops need no ammo.”
A friend insisted Harper had to go, because “Politicians are like diapers, you need to change them regularly”
Except as i told him, you do not put the crusted ones back on the baby.
These old hacks, the natural ruling party of entitlements, will sacrifice everyone and anyone as long as they are at the trough.
“New” liberals, same as the “old” liberals.

  3. The clone of Obama may have developed this epiphany by osmosis.. I expect it came over him while bent over clutching his Knees….come to papa!

  4. We may as well get used to it, we have a flower child as PM. Love will conquer all, tame the savage beasts of the world. We will not fight them, we will pay to clean up the carnage and teach the locals how to defend themselves. May as well go off and make friends with maryjanes, don’t worry, be happy.

  5. It may have started at 80…but after prolonged and regular use of marijuana and probably other illicit drugs…it’s gotten much lower. My flaming, gay brother opined that Trudeau is a teacher and had to pass all the licensing requirements, et al to become even a supply teacher…My response–what provincial licensing board would be the one to fail a Trudeau?

  6. “The lethal enemy of barbarism isn’t hatred, it’s reason.”
6,000,000 reasonable Jews disagree … or would have if they hadn’t been exterminated by Nazi barbarians.

  7. Will the media report on what our allies think of Flower Boy’s plan to deal with ISIS? He said in a response “President Obama understands Canadian politics, so that’s one non answer right form the horse’s mouth.

  8. Funny, every time in past history that civil society has had to confront barbarism, it was with even more ferocity than the barbarians were dishing out. And guess what? it worked! This justin Trulander is not nearly as clever as his late, marxist loving father but every bit as destructive to Canada.

  9. “The lethal enemy of barbarism isn’t hatred, it’s reason….”
    Accidentally correct.
They self identify as barbaric murderous thugs, driven by the ideology of their death cult..
I have reason… to exterminate them anyway I can.
See even a Turdeau Two can get something right, eventually..

  10. I hope he keeps the promise of getting new planes for our air force as the ones we have are getting very old and we are now stretched between missions in fourth countries.

  11. “The lethal enemy of barbarism isn’t hatred, it’s reason. And the people terrorized by ISIL every day don’t need our vengeance, they need our help.”
Well, FIRST they need our vengeance, then we can help. Not much sense trying to help before the enemy is soundly beaten, unless you want you r aid workers slaughtered at regular intervals.
Is it a requirement of Liberal leadership that the PM must be so f***ing naive about world affairs?
This goes all the way back to Our Mac, who thwarted the intelligence services of three Nations because he didn’t want to upset our ally Uncle Joe,in 1946!
I’m also shocked that Trudeau used the word, “barbaric”! Did he not excoriate the Conservatives for using that word a few years back, in relation to FGM?
When it comes to things military,a Liberal will f*** it up,as sure as the sun rises in the East.

  12. Political leaders who claim reason is the antidote to barbarism aren’t saying so because they really believe it. They’re saying it because “reason” can be used to rationalize any policy of inaction, appeasement or even outright cowardice.

  13. I think it’s perfectly reasonable to help the terrorized by killing the barbarians. This doesn’t elevate the barbarians, it puts them in the ground.

  14. We are not going to fight the cause of the carnage but we will send in “aid workers” to help them clean it up after the fact. Where will these “aid workers” be coming from? Who will protect them? Will our armed forces become aid workers carrying a bit of mace or a small pistol? So many questions, so few answers.

  15. “The lethal enemy of barbarism isn’t hatred, it’s reason.”
ISIS is trying to impose a world-wide caliphate and we’ve got Neville Chamberlain for a Prime Minister.

  16. An IQ of 80? yeah that was about what I said of him months ago when I began calling him Justimbecile Trudeau.

  17. Quote’s that Justin Trudeau should use to immortalize his Reign:
“It takes a big dog to weigh 1000 pounds”.
Also, “if you continuously run over a dead cat it will get flatter”!

  18. Well….. let’s be fair to Neville Chamberlain. He did finally issue an ultimatum to Hitler and declare war. He didn’t surrender, as PM Trudeau’s “flower power” theme suggests is in the cards here.

  19. Justin, how about we just kill Isis and their enablers where ever we find them. We will call it vengeance.
And you can call it “help”.
Glad to see you call it barbarism – I seem to recall a while back you were offended by the use of that term.

  20. No one commenting on the lisp? OK, I will: He’s gay. He’ll come out of the closet before his term as PM is done, mark my words. But you have to ask yourself, with this man’s ego, is becoming Canada’s first gay PM enough? I would venture to say no, which leads me to speculate that what he’s shooting for is Canda’s first transgendered PM.

  21. As an ally to the US that I have always cherished … I have to say that Love child Trudeau may be doing my Canadian friends a favor. Any ally that has to follow the same back-assward rules of engagement as issued by Obama’s kinder-gentler-gayer US military … should have the option to just go home. It will save the lives of countless Canadians serving on the front lines. NOBODY should have to “fight” while sitting on their arms. If THIS is the way politicians wage war, then they should be forced to PERSONALLY have the “reasonable” conversation face-to-face with the (simply misguided) Muslim murderers.

  22. This Trudovian cowardice is an insult to all Canadians and to veterans in particular. If the Liberals ever gain any common sense (doubtful), they will replace this idiot in a leadership review.

  23. There are only two reasons to resort to the final act of diplomacy, offensive, you want what the other guy has without working for it and defensive, you want to keep what is yours by fighting the guy that wants to take it. The final act of diplomacy is to eliminate the ability or will of the other side to engage. Canada has never been an ‘offensive’ nation, we have always stood with Allies that have used force only when it was the last resort, until now. Liberal governments of the past have, as much as it rankled them, joined in a fight to suppress evil and Canadians have more that pulled their weight in these imposed conflicts. But now, now we have a Liberal government that has not the stomach nor the spine to stand and fight against an enemy that been waging war against our way of life for 1400 years. Now we have a Liberal government that not only welcomed the Arabian Camel (Trojan Horse) but we have a government that has cast aside 150 years of Canadian history by submitting to evil without a fight.

  24. Justin’s words are simply too intellectually nuanced for the feeble minded cons, making it impossible to grasp the deeper meaning of his immense and glorious wisdom. PBUH.
Remember, progressives are the smart ones. They all say so, and prove it by calling us stupid.
“Say, is it too soon to talk about his lisp?”
    Nopeth.

  25. JT is a pacifist – he think you can talk a murderous, nilistic enemy to death. Sadly history proves him wrong. The only fight he wants is with the weather and the Canadian Army sandbagging the Red River, shovelling snow in Toronto and fighting bush fires in the NWT. ISIS is terrified and will surely cease and desist in the face of superior Canadian logic.

  26. “you can’t kill your way out of war”.
I can’t actually think of a war that the winner didn’t “kill their way out of”.
Maybe she is confusing winning with surrendering.

  27. Question a journalist, or at least a CP MP, should ask Boy Wonder: “How do you reason with a barbarian?”
I puked when I heard that on the radio this lunchtime. I suspect his vacuity is seeping out in the general populace, but the media darlings will protect him.

  29. Not sure if he is acting in the interests of his political backers in the old guard LPC, or his new ones in various mosques accross the country. Its pretty tough to establish a caliphate when people are dropping bombs on you.
I am certain though that this in no way is about what may be good for Canada or the West in general.

  30. … or worse … withdrawal. Nixon withdrew America from Vietnam. And of course Vietnam is now a Socialist success story. Next to Cuba, it is the #1 vacation destination of America’s leftists. The Vietnamese people are all busy planting rice, stem-by-stem, hand weaving Pier One placemats, and generally putting its labor force to work in the most GREEN methods possible. Chairman Mao’s … GREEN methods of production. Free of all that foul Western Technology.

  31. Jr exhibits the perennial liberal conceit that one can reason with a barbarous, fanatic, murderous terrorist gang. But as Mark Steyn has pointed out, one cannot have a dialogue with someone who is intent on cutting your throat. These fanatics do not wish to negotiate, they have no demands really. There goal is to murder as many Christians and other opponents as possible. think of the husband/wife rampage last month in Ca; they had no grievances, no issues to resolve, just kill as many infidels as we can. There is a time to talk and a time to fight, previous PMs have recognized this, sadly this immature buffoon and his handlers do not. It will be a very long four years.

  32. Junior is confused, strong negotiation is “an iron fist in a velvet glove”, not “limp wrist…”
Mo taught his people well, the only response to perceived weakness is attack.

  33. 80 seems like quite a lot in this case. Let’s just agree that his IQ and his shoe size can be comfortably measured on the same scale… and he ain’t no bigfoot either.

  34. Justin Trudeau-Chamberlain has spoken and thumbed his nose at our allies. Veterans across this country must be embarrassed to have this fool as leader.

  35. So how about those”Veterans Against Harper”.
Guess they are not gonna get any media time, anytime soon.
I am quite amazed by the amount Liberals will spend on virtue posturing or signalling , yet how little interest they have in the poor and destitute citizens.. especially those who suffer after serving us bravely.
This whole ghosty gongshow of importing Justin’s people is going to end very badly.
Already the liberals look incompetent, out to lunch and totally uncaring toward taxpaying citizens.

  36. I also think giving him 80 is “liberal” of you, but just think, how low the numbers are on the voters who voted for and installed this dud as PM? And is anyone hearing of anyone admitting to voting for this dud?

  37. “”We are for what will be effective,” Trudeau said, “not for what will make us feel good to say at any given moment.””
    HAHAHAhahahaha…

  38. The other point worth making is that if they are barbarians, they are not listening to reason. Did Trudeau never study history? I supspect not.

  39. “bruce says… 6,000,000 reasonable Jews disagree
as well as hundreds of thousands of kurds, i imagine.
so when is “pm care bear” heading to syria to reason
with isis? next week, next year… never?
sorry, i must have missed that part of the magnum opus.
