Muslim failure to control or even criticize Muslim terrorism and to report potential terrorists in their midst justifies taking some action against the entire Muslim community in the U.S. and the rest of the world. As the terrorist actions that have taken place to date confirm, barring Muslim travel to the U.S., with some exceptions, is the least of the actions the U.S. should take. Had we done so under the previous Democratic president, Bill Clinton, we would have avoided thousands of American deaths cause by foreign Muslim terrorists.
Pat is correct as usual. Too bad we Canadians are so far behind the curve we are still blabbing about those poor immigrants and peaceful muslims. I wonder how many Canadians will have to die before we get our collective heads out and realize that islam is dangerous, and not compatible with our culture or our moral values?

I’m kinda thinking Trump should somehow find that clever way politishuns have of getting things done in a ’roundabout’ way. the clever smoke and mirrors, subterfuge, ‘deal making’ (he’s certainly good at THAT). basically the means of getting things done and pyssing off the least number of voters.
it might even change his non-pc somewhat confrontational manner and land him in the white house. there’s still time.

The progressives have taken over and common sense has been done away with. We are all going to pay a terrible price for this and it is coming sooner than you think.
Complacent Canadians are not connecting the dots.
The Liberals are about to change our federal election voting system. The result more minority governments where small parties have influence. Muslim pro-sharia parties like Hizb ut-Tahrir will rise in political power in Canada thanks, in part, to Muslim immigration. Before you know it legislation based in sharia law will be in place everywhere, in municipal government, in provincial government and in the federal government. Groups like the Muslim Brotherhood will have more legitimate influence and power than they do anywhere else in the world. The rights of women, Jews, Christians and a host of other minorities will have been sacrificed on the alter of political necessity.
The legacy of PM Trudeau and the LPC will be with us long after they gone from power.
Will Canadians remain complacent, like the people in Europe have. Or, will they wake up and rest control away from these usurpers?
Have started to ask people at my gym if they are aware of what is happening in Europe. Amazed at how many have no knowledge of the violence in Cologne and other cities. Young women particularly don’t seem to follow what is going on there. Ask around and see if people you speak to are aware of this.
Canadians will remain complacent until it is too late. Like Dave said most people are totally unaware of what is happening and the MSM is making sure they remain unaware. Blogs like this and others are only waking up a small minority. Even the mayhem over the New Year’s weekend in Germany and elsewhere in Europe still brought out progressive demonstrators to counter those who are concerned about what is happening.

I will never understand why Canadians are not allowed to vote federally on important issues such changing our voting system. Other countries seem to be more democratic and have referendums on important issues e.g. Britain on leaving the European Union, Slovenia on Gay Marriage, S Ireland on Gay Marriage etc. Even British Columbia had a vote on changing their electoral system. Have we a Dictator Turdeau in command who gives orders without considering the wishes of the Canadian people or logically thinking through issues and their impact. Methinks he wants to be another Mao. Polls suggested that Canadians were NOT in favor of bringing in 50,000 refugees but the liberals still press on. The latest I’ve heard is that now that they, the refugees, are settled in Vancouver with food, health care, a place to live… they’re asking what about a car? It makes my blood boil when I think what immigrants like my father received when they came to this country in the 20’s. We are a complacent passive society…hopefully if people get angry enough, that will change.
