Well, allowing 16-year olds to vote in Presidential elections would not violate the 26th Amendment to the US Constitution, unless Congress passes a law specifically making 18 the lower age in national elections.
Those are two thoroughly unpleasant children.

So what if 16 year old crack heads in DC vote. They will send 3 Democrat electors to the Electoral College regardless of which demographic votes. If the Republicans offered free crack, the vote might be close but the Democrats would still win.

The important thing I learned from this is the degree to which Google manipulates the perception of videos. This video actually backfired spectacularly, garnering over 12,000 “dislike” down votes within hours of being posted. Some time this afternoon, that changed, and the number has been gradually been ticking downward, at the rate of one vote every 30 seconds. As I’m writing this, the tally is at 11,410 votes. Within a few days, all signs of persons objecting to the video will have simply faded away.
The fact that there was an automated agent ready to go for this purpose suggests that this happens fairly often. I imagine that the folks at Google figured that if the numbers change slowly enough, people won’t notice. However, this time, the action was so egregious that many site visitors did notice, and have been commenting on the fact.
Not to worry. The comment threads remarking on that fact are being sanitized as well. I commented in one thread that grew to a couple of hundred comments. It has vanished, along with a good many others. In this case, I have proof, since I have the full path to the original thread.
There isn’t a way to mitigate this video, no matter how much you fiddle with the stats.
These kids are clearly far too young, and therefore they’re being wilfully manipulated by adults.
I call that child abuse.
