Oh, Shiny Pony!

Justin, Justin, Justin…

Grace Batchoun says she doesn’t have a problem with losing. But she does seem to have a problem with pretty near everything else that happened during last Sunday’s vote to choose a Liberal candidate for the federal riding of Ahuntsic-Cartierville. And that could prove to be a problem for Mélanie Joly and, ultimately, Justin Trudeau.
Yesterday morning, Batchoun, a project manager who was one of three opponents contesting Joly for the nomination, announced that she had filed an appeal of the Sunday’s vote. Her challenge is based on several factors, the most worrisome based on simple arithmetic. On Sunday organizers of the vote announced that 2,065 ballots had been cast, including spoiled votes. But according to Batchoun’s reading of the list of ballots cast that she says was provided to her by a Liberal Party official, only 1780 people actually showed up to vote.

  1. I still can’t figure out why those darned Conservatives want to prevent people from voting with those darn Voter I.D. laws.

  2. So much for “transparency” and “doing politics differently”, eh,Justin?
The New LPC, just the same as the Old LPC,with a different face.

  3. “Political corruption in Montreal? I’m shocked.”
Yup. Me to. I mean, the Lieberals are all for Canada, aren’t they? Why haven’t the ROC had a vote yet to kick these a**holes out? Never mind. Dumb question.

  4. That’s good.
Anyways, if you are one of those people who like to skew polls and love Justin as much as I do, you may want to click on this and give your opinion.

It sounds like it will work.
Run deficits to build projects that will, as their ultimate goal, replace the industry that will finance those same projects.
Justin: ” Gerald, I can’t get my hands any farther up. There are no golden eggs. ”
Gerald: ” Keep looking JT, Kathleen said she found some.”
    Nice picture though.

  5. Strikes me a bit odd , that this Project Manager is upset by voter fraud.
Me thinks she is in the wrong party.
Having more votes count than actual voters, that is the progressive way.
She should check her instincts she might be a conservative.

  6. Not missing ballots: too many. At least according to the list of voters Ms Batchoun was given.

  7. The nice thing about the Liberal Party is that you can participate in the political process even after you are dead.

  8. You’re right Francis.
I just wanted to throw out a “bathroom closet” quip and I got tired of waiting for the appropriate moment.
Patience is a virtue I apparently don’t have.

  9. Vote repeatedly (just like a liberal) by using the back button on your browser, and selecting the same policy again!
I voted three times on the same policy. The vote counter incremented each time!
And these people, who don’t even know how to design a secure website, want to run the country?

  10. I think it was Stalin who said something like:
“It’s not those who vote who determine an election; it’s those who count the votes who determine an election.”
If Justin is anything like his father, he is attracted to Communist principles. I wonder just how much Justin “likes” the Chinese government.

  11. Vote early. Vote often. There is no voter fraud scheme the leftards cannot embrace.

  12. I’m sure that by now, August 28, Ms. Batchoun has been provided with the “official” count of voters. The one she was erroneously given was from before the organizers knew how much support she had, hence giving them the number of additional voters they had to bus in.

  13. Lies and corruption are never bad when Liberals do it, Conservatives can’t even give the appearance of such actions, unproven, no matter, they’re held to a different standard. However, people still seem to accept being lied to,be taken for fools. Ontario is a prime example with the McGuinty cum Wynne Liberals. That’s why Trudeau’s brains behind the curtain think it’s a great idea to have Wynne as his running mate….she has the Liberal experience and expertise they need. Damned if the OPP can get their feet lifted long enough to rule on the gas plant scandal or the Sudbury byelection.
