So the woman doesn’t think much of the policy of “drowning immigrants”. Just how much of her own funds, whether paid directly or funded through taxes of a government she doesn’t think should exist, does she think should go to support said immigrants? My guess – none.

Well, Marx considered that the achievement of socialism would result in the withering away of the state, so there’s a real sense in which communism is actually a form of anarchism. But then Stalin taught that the withering away of the state could only be achieved by the maximisation of state power, and communism established itself in a different sense entirely, ie. as a form of pseudo-anarchism with which to dupe the gullible.
Yes, in theory, as taught in political science, communism is an “anarchic” ideology because socialism is supposed to be a temporary “state” leading to the withering away of the state that is supposed to take place (but never does owing to the more powerful Iron Law of Oligarchy). In practice, it never does, so communism never manifests itself. Put another way “communist state” is a political oxymoron.
