Why would ending minimum sentences be an issue for law abiding gun owners? It helps them, especially when Police overreach as they did during Alberta Martial Law 2013.
Criminals will be held accountable for the crimes they commit, regardless of whether a minimum sentence exists or not. – Unless sentences are passed by corrupt Liberal Judges who have a personal agenda to see criminals go free.
In that event Law Abiding gun owners are screwed regardless of the law. That’s simply Liberal tyranny under the guise of Social Justice.
