  1. A silent commentary on the continuing decline of the US under their liberal progressive elite masters.

  2. And here I thought the USSA’s national bird was a protected species ?!? Or is that just for the peons? Maybe they should have went with their first choice, the wild turkey. Sure would reflect well on the state of things now.

  3. Sucks to be a money suck when the very laws that their ilk championed finally come around to biting their own asses. Took forever and this has been going on since the first blender was installed so although hard to say, good on the government. Thats gotta hurt bad when all your money is subsidized govt money how do you write that 2.5 into the next draw on the treasury.

  4. A good way for anti-windfarm advocates to use especialy those stupid eco-freaks to support wind energy (GREENPEACE,SIERRA CLUB,WORLD WILDLIFE FUND Etc)and our own idiot in the Whitehouse Makes this old shorebird sick to see this and angry at those i mentoned above who support Windfarms

  5. A buddy of mine has a stuffed golden eagle. It was originally stuffed back in the 40’s, it is legal.
Another bud was commenting on it. I told him that hundreds are killed by the windmills every year.
He is not an environmentalist by any stretch, but he had never heard of any bird or bat deaths caused by the big blenders. I don’t think he believed me.
That is one of the main problems with our media.
They follow an agenda, not the actual news.

  6. Bang on Wally. I’ve mentioned the problem to dozens of peeps and maybe two knew about the bird killers

  7. Isn’t killing wildlife an evil, capitalist endeavour?
Isn’t that why progressives say they have a better way, taking nature into consideration?
    So, we are told…………

  8. Classic do-gooder BS, where the action is the opposite of their claimed intent.
By their actions you may know them, classic words.
And no canadian can deny that our Liberals are masters of lying, promise breaking and break of trust.

  9. Well, when the left is regularly ridiculed here for showing pictures that are either Pshopped or unrelated to the story, maybe the proprietors could take a bit more care…

  10. Anyone traveling to/thru las Vegas should check out the massive bird killer on the Nevada/California border on I-15. This installation is good for about 65,000 dead birds yearly according to some estimates.
I have flown over this monstrosity twice in the past year and I cannot believe that the enviros are silent regarding this supposed energy creator. It seems that the birds chase the insects which are attracted to the mirrors and when they intercept the reflected suns rays they burn up in mid air.
At the moment I cannot recall the name of the installation but it is on google earth and is well worth checking out.

  11. All those wind energy proponents should be required to see the above picture maybe it’ll get them to change their minds about wind turbines
