As usual, in their haste to get the scoop…our moral and intellectual superiors didn’t pay too much attention to exactly what they were scooping…

So, reluctance to publicly embrace shame and self flagellate over being conned renders commentary like this justifiable or worthy of replication?

Ms. Van Theta is correct, Ms. Van Susteren is indeed a public Scientologist, although not an extremely high profile one. On top of that she works for Fox. Thus she is double-primed to swallow large loads of BS without examining beforehand what, exactly, she is consuming.
If 2015 brings a Übermensch theme I want none of it.
There really is no hard evidence that North Koreans were responsible for the Sony hack. In fact, the primary culprits are now thought to be former Sony employees who were royally pissed off at the company. Obama’s attack on the DPRK is nothing but racism straight up.

NK is probably not responsible for all the hacking at Sony, but their leaders are still thin-skinned assholes. As for Obama, remember how he blamed an obscure video trailer for the Behghazi attack, and then later denied he did so. Look for more of that from him.
