Oh, Shiny Pony!

Love the headline: Enemies Of Sukh Dhaliwal Gang Up On Former MP As Mother Of All Nomination Battles Set For Next Saturday In Surrey-Newton

But where is the money coming from and how are the memberships being purchased given the party’s strict rules regarding members paying for the membership?
Well places sources within both camps say the inner circle power players (the backers) of the contestants are using prepaid $20 visa cards purchased in bulk to pay for the memberships even though the money may be coming from one, two, 10 or 20 big donours.

  1. “…which is currently held by NDP’s Jinny Sims……………….Forces from near and far have teamed up against Dhaliwal, including from India………Dhaliwal is taking on lawyer Randeep Singh Sarai…………………
LOL – now we are ruled by India.
Seriously have as any real Canadians that put us in this situation ever been to India? Do they understand anything about India’s corrupt, non functional political system? Yes the same one based on English Parliamentary systems that we currently have.

  2. Too bad these bunch of crazies and liberals ahve totaly rejected the idea of Peace on Earth just like all socialists do

  3. History would seem to indicate that should you desire political corruption combine one part Liberal with two parts East Indian and voila.

  4. I passed that link to Stephen Taylor yesterday who in turn has forwarded it to proper authorities. Apparently these liberal nomination candidates are too stupid to realize membership fees count as contributions. Something bigger to ponder is one of them raised $130K from 13K membership signees. That’s $10 per membership. $20 Visa gift cards? So I think if one investigates they will find those $20 prepaid Visa cards bought by one “big donor” were then split between two membership signees. By the way, buying those prepaid Visa cards in bulk means they will be sequentially numbered, and it would be quite easy to trace the location and name of the “big donor”.
Over to you Justin, err, Gerald.

  5. Hey these Indians OWE the Canadian Aboriginal “Indians” for stealing their land – why wasn’t this money given over to the aboriginals for reparations?

  6. I DO hope they will hire competent drivers to take the busloads of East Indian voters around to the polling stations next year. No matter which EI candidate wins the nomination, rest assured the theme of doing it like we did back in the Old Country will remain the same.
And no, it isn’t racist, it’s observation, and well known in the EI community and to everyone who has ever worked on a campaign in their territory, Surrey/Delta.
Lately we’ve all been suitably “appalled” at the culture of turning a blind eye at the CBC, but no one seems to want to mention the very SAME culture in ethnic politics in this Country,at every level.
I guess fear of racism accusations makes it easier to just go along,or is it that each political Party stands to benefit from this corruption, and is glad to take advantage of it when it’s in their favor?

  7. Once scrutineered for Reform in Whalley – Surrey, and nothing that goes on in these East Indian enclaves (especially in Rootin-tootin Newton) would surprise me!

  8. two predictions:
    1) Elections Canada won’t care
    2) No major media will take up this story

  9. There are two things that we know to be true:
    1) Sukh Dhaliwal is a douchebag and,
    2) Sukh Dhaliwal is a douchebag
