Exactly. If PM Harper said something as vacuous as that he would be excoriated by the press.
He needs to fly to Afghanistan and Advise those people to wear Canadian Parka’s, use hand-warmers from Canadian Tire, and build little Igloos when it snows.
He should also remind them to change out their vehicle windshield fluid to -40C and make sure they install block heaters ASAP!

I think they have laid off of calling Harper a “bully” for anything negative coming out about Justin. For a while there were a lot of complaints about this, but I think they realized (after it was pointed out) that in a political contest, calling your opponent a bully makes you look weak. I am somewhat sorry that they seem to have dropped that one.
I can see snow that looks like Afghan snow from my house!!!
