  1. A lot of very very close races for senate and governor. The republicans came up on the upside on most of them, so they win the night.
Imagine the same election, with 10 million illegals now newly “legal” by Obama’s decree, and eligible to vote.

  2. Curious – noting of course that without proper voter ID laws my point is somewhat moot – unless Obama declared them “citizens”, which he of course has no such authority to do, simply being newly legal immigrants would not grant them the right to vote, no? Isn’t full citizenship required?

  3. I liked this tweet the best…

Said on @NBCNews earlier that this was not a wave. But the returns since then say otherwise.

Gotta love it when the Dems eat their own words. I’m sure that was like chewing on glass to spit that one out…

Never mind lame duck president, for this “save the burning furniture election”; more like the repudiated president.
As a bonus Sandra Fluke won’t be heard from for some time as she flamed out in a 2 to 1 rout in California.
Congratulations to American voters for derailing the “Obama-Nation(tm)”…

  4. Well if you see the videos of the Veritas project, it is all to easy to vote without any ID whatsoever.
Too bad the Republican leadership didn’t put any real money into the Scott Brown race in New Hampshire. They didn’t want him to win and they got their wish. He is against amnesty.

  5. By today’s standards (or lack there of) JFK would have been an mainstream Republican.
I just hope some of the GOP taking seats in congress are of libertarian/constitutionalist bent and we can proceed with indictment against the most criminal-collusive regime the US has suffered since Wilson and FDR.

  6. On the money OL, the post illegals democratic system in the US will see no “close races” – the fix is in and the criminal cabal running the Dems will shift priority from policy to ballot rigging and vote fraud.
No doubt this election saw massive ballot/voter fraud but it amounted to less than 10% of counted ballots – they will pull out the stops for Hillery.

  7. California this January will start issuing driving licenses to illegals. Guess what ID is valid in California?

  8. If the Republicans don’t actually start repealing Democrat-sponsored laws, and passing genuine conservative legislation, it won’t matter. The last time the Republicans were in the majority (02-06) they squandered it. They were too busy pandering to K Street lobbyists and building Big Security State to be bothered with even pretending to start chopping away at the size of Big Government.
Obama will whine & pout & veto what he can, of course. Let him. He’ll be toast in two years anyway.

  9. The coal miners in West Virginia voted Republican in the Senate trace for the first time since 1956. I guess they prefer working to welfare. Unfortunately nothing changes unless the Republican Senators can cobble together enough Democrats to over-ride presidential vetoes. That is only going to happen on a case by case basis. There is almost nothing that can be done to force President Ebola to properly administer the law in applying presidential discretion other than removing the discretion with a law that is passed with a sufficient number to over-ride presidential veto. That ain’t goona happen.

Never is a long time. Nothing is ever, never or always.
American politicians are notoriously treacherous. Republicans vote with Democrats and vice versa. DemonRats are historically the most treacherous…….
DEMOmRAT senators are far from powerless…they now have incredible leverage over President Ebola….
