Does anyone else see the mistake and contradiction in this paragraph?
An HHS official said the attack appears to mark the first successful intrusion into the website, where millions of Americans bought insurance starting last year under the Affordable Care Act. It raised concerns among federal officials because of how easily the intruder gained access and how much damage could have occurred.

Ha ha hahahahahahahaha ………… sheesh!
Was just reading how hackers spent months inside JP Morgans computers using top of the line tools and tons of professional level system research (someone say Russia?) to beat some of the most sophisticated security on Wall Street… for months.
Russia, China and independent hackers are likely right now living inside that systems ready to unleash all sorts of embarrassing information. It’s a high profile target that’s politically connected to Obama himself, it was put together in a hurry and still likely full of holes.
The only reason it hasn’t been brought down sooner is that everyone knows Obama’s successful implementation of his policies is damaging the US more than a single system crash or a few insurance reports on senator wives getting STD treatments.
“appears to mark the first successful intrusion into the website”
So they’re not really sure if other successful intrusions occurred. This is the first one they know about …. And 2, it sounds like there are/have been many attempts.
I’m sure it’s just another temporary glitch and that we will have nothing to worry about with our full health and financial records in the hands of government bureaucrats.
But premiums are down 3000% and your employer can afford to give you a raise now.
contradiction in terms = Affordable Care Act.
Mistake? Obama getting the DemocRat nomination in 2008.
I’d say that having sufficient to break the code would be significant to the extreme. No?
Remember how the lefties used to envy Soviet health care.
Well the Russians hacked the Obamacare website, now they got it.

“The hacker appears only to have accessed a server used to test code for HealthCare.gov.” They hacked a staging site. I’ve managed some big software projects and while it’s rare to connect a staging site to the internet, it does happen—especially if third parties are doing the testing. Staging sites use test data, not real data, and are typically not as secure as production. We shoudn’t be celebrating—yet.
Hellooooo…..
Wadda ‘spect? The idiots hired the same fools who designed the “Canadian Firearms Registry”…..which was like publishing the data in the Toronto Star.
