2. The usual “climate scientist” knows nothing about solar physics, and has assumed that solar power output is constant.
   When their little pointed heads were informed that this was not true, they being on the record for an erroneous view,
   promptly made the irrelevance of solar variability a dogma. And so they remain.

3. Given the settled nature of all things science … why are these types of things always “unexpected”?

9. I thought perhaps that this newest revelation was a joke, and then it quickly occurred to me that the whole global warming fiasco is a joke. A very expensive joke. The sun could have some impact ? Who could have guessed ?

He wouldn’t want to cut off his funding by letting go of CAGW which guarantees him employment for life, all for the sake of a scientific position akin to professional suicide (he would be demonized and banished from the club).
    I love the way these whores conflate modelling with science. Modelling is a management tool for employing relationships of known behavior not to advance an hypothesis that just doesn’t cooperate over time.
