  1. They tried to amp up sales of the volt, but there was too much resistance. The sales circuit has tripped it’s breaker and cannot be reset.it is now dead. Ohm my it’s shocking that such an electrifying attempt to market this product would be dead like a short circuit so soon. with apologies mid island mike

  2. Electricity prices are going through the roof in Europe.
Here in North America, electric cars mostly run on coal.

  3. 332 units through the end of May 2014 = 332 / 5 months = 66.4 months. The about 66.4 / 30.4 = (day) about 2.2 cars in the USA!

  4. Just a little anecdote from North Van:
Hubby and I have noticed over the past few weeks a fair number of Tesla’s cruising our neck of the woods.
Says hubby: “How do so many people have the $78k to buy one of these things, and are they really saving that much on gas to justify that kind of expenditure?!”

  5. Volt.
    Revolting piece of junk.
Now let’s go and fill up my SUV with Premium.
    My money. My gas.

  6. There should be a special tax on the rich so everyone
with a free Obamaphone can apply for a free Volt.

  7. Word of mouth is still the consumers best friend. It easily cuts through the hype and nonsense put out by the green lobby. Anything that needs massive incentives to survive is not worth buying or using.
