What gets me these days is not the weaponry used by the criminals, but the outright arrogance that they will kill anyone who gets in there way. Police be Damned !
Well, I’m not exactely a charter member of the Kaloshnikov fan club, although I acknowledge the AK’s simplicity and reliability.
The irony is that AK’s, AR’s and such are extremely rarely used by criminals in the US and Canada although they are very popular in Mexico. Ironic because the “progressives” are downright, obsessively paranoid about their very existence.
But then, “progressives” habitually are obsessive about non-problems….like CAGW…..
In the progressive minds banning guns by sorcery of Government makes them disappear. Though countless laws prove otherwise.
I figure its not only a way to disarm the public ,but the folks behind this have a real fear of guns ,boarding on the maniacal. Its like a phobia against spiders.

Left wants to ban these guns because they fear these can be more effectively used against the state than other weapons. Gun control is not about guns, it is about control.
