  4. I don’t know if this is so much a matter of the left being intolerant as it is the fact polarizing politics (such s those employed by Obama to sell every one of his divisive policies) attracts psychotic people.
    There is always enough psychopathy to go around in radical causes but those who pander polarizing agendas know it will concentrate in their support base. Not surprising combative divisive politics attracts the type of sociopaths who feed on chaos.

  13. Justthinkin – I used to parrot Michael Savage in thinking liberalism is a mental disorder, until my wife (who has taken clinicl psychology) straightened me out.
    Liberalism/progressivism/leftism is not in itself psychotic behavior – these are simply bad ideas (like suicide or group flagellation)- it takes a psychotic (someone with confused or impaired reasoning) to see value in them.

    Extremist righties and lefties have far more similarities than differences.
    They are both usually easy to distinguish because of their irrational hatred of any ideas that come from outside their little groupthink spheres.
    Really, why would any of us ever bother to go through the hassle of formulating an intelligent response to a disagreeable comment or even reassess our own views when we can just denounce any differing opinion offered us as leftardism? Ha, even if it’s a disagreeable opinion from a fellow conservative, this strategy is still golden. If we can make the claim the opinion is only from a retard, that absolves us of having to even consider it. Wow, that’s sure easy. Who said this partisan politic debate thingie was hard?
