No I’m not. Still I could not find their exact rates from StatsCan figures but they were close enough. If they are simply rounding up to the nearest 1/4 dollar, why go through the pretense of CPI linking? I thought some financial writer would have noted this, but they haven’t. Neither have they explained the redundant “retroactive” feature. Seems no one does the calculations when reading Liberal press releases, but it is always wise to do so.
