The permit request was for a police blockade of cross-streets, giving them an unrestricted path through normal traffic. Their presence is even more obvious when they merge with traffic!
So by denying a parade permit, the Parks Department, an arm of the Federal Govt, is attempting to deny the ‘right of the people to peacably assemble’ to a group they disapprove of.
That buzzing sound you hear is George Washington spinning in his grave.
Who is taking bets that the bikers permit would have been approved if they were riding camels?
