The Scot (still a Brit) always looks like he is in such distress. Congrats, Mac!
Yay, good for Scotland and Britain for finally winning their own tournament. Lucky for Britain that tennis fans tend not to riot, unlike their other favourite sport. A second Yay for yuppies or whatever they call them these days.
Still…I’d be more impressed if Steyn retracted his slights about Swift Current and its residents. A grovelling apology to Premier Wall might suffice.
Hey Sasquatch, don’t knock the Leafs – they have something no other team has: Their photo with the Stanley Cup in black & white!
I wonder if the Brits will ever win the soccer cup again – heh!
Murray’s win was fabulous – good for him. I predicted he would win, while all my friends were predicting a loss. But it’s a one-off sort of thing for the Brits. The sun set on the empire a long time ago.
