  1. Any bets the Lieberals get in again? After all,Morontario leftards now have a new,LESBIAN boss,so she must have a much better socialist scam then McDinky,no?

  2. All I know for sure is;
    In 2012 I paid Enmax an average of $0.16/kWh, with ALL FIXED charges taken into account.
    Can’t wait to get whacked with the surcharge for transmission lines across the province.

  3. Sadly, you may be right, although, there is a great swelling of anger against the BS, and lickety spilt or not, the libs may be tossed.

  4. Anyone with any financial mobility should bail from this pathetic commie cesspool. It takes a special kind of stupid to take the biggest and oldest wealth engine in the nation and hollow it out in one short decade. If they elect these kleptocrats again it proves the crony-corporatist network is deeply entrenched and what few jobs and spotty prosperity that remains is dependant on public subsidy, add to this a unionist education system has been co-opted into klepto-collectivist continuum producing generations of zombies who haven’t enough capacity for reason left to vote in their own self interests, and you realize the province is beyond repair.
    Ontario has been bleeding jobs and financial refugees to other jurisdictions for a decade and the reason is a klepto-liberal dynasty of corruption, waste and expensive social/environmental engineering is permeating the provincial power structure.

  5. Fraser Institute? Auditor General? All of that’s good, but as SDA readers have known all of this for months now, I think we need great! I’ve got a hankerin’ on for a good-old, down-home, Spanish-style Inquisition (multi-count indictments all round, I say). To that end, what we could do is reactivate Charles Duelfer and the Iraq Survey Group (of Oil-for-Food fame) for a two-fer:
    – trace the missing GEA billions, and
    – determine, finally, where the Sponsorship missing millions are.
    What was it that Joe Biden said? “We gonna put y’all back in chains!”
    I’d say that the only way out of this one for Ms. Wynne is to disavow the whole program in a classic Liberal flip-flop: she’s in the cross-hairs now (it might not be the end, but it’s certainly the beginning of the end). Tim Hudak needs to steal a march now to mark sure she doesn’t slip away:
    – reiterate his commitment to repeal the Green Energy Act and to liquidate the contracts;
    – cost that out and explain how he’d do it; and
    – press for a public inquiry a la Gomery.

    “The problem with a Wynne flip flop is she agreed with Mcguinty all through the years and still had nothing but praise for him when she took over. I think she’s in way too deep to admit it was all a big mistake.”
    Not a problem…she’s a LIBRANO and a school teacher to boot…it’s SOP.
    The recent op-ed in the red Star…would indicate the LIBRANO’s are headed that way. A decissive move to help rate-payers would be seen as responsible….the inconvenient truth that the mess is a LIBRANO agenda will be ignored by the MSM…except for perhaps the SUN…..
