I’ve met her a number of times, and luckily for all of us, she has none of the obvious ticks and neuroses and barely concealed “anger issues” or mental health problems which so many well meaning people on our side have. (You know who I mean…)
She is great on tv and speaking off the cuff. Truly an ordinary person inspired to start a grassroots effort. Frankly, I think she needs her own show on sun TV, perhaps one with Raheel Raza.

As ex CF member I told this former soldier what I thought of his stupid support for this idiot who committed treason against Canada and I had a few choice words for him as a former Soldier. That was my reaction too. It just goes to show…never judge a book by it’s cover.
Maybe for him it’s more of a Moses thing than a hippy thing.
I for one welcome Omar back to Canada. In fact I have a place for him to live and a purpose for him to fulfill. Might I suggest that Omar be left on Devon Island amidst a pile of rocks with which he can build a house. I suppose he could be given a pocket knife to hunt game with but other than that he will be living with what he so richly deserves.

None of this matter. Khadr was a minor and has Canadian citizenship with full benefits that are above sacrifice to appease a hysterical mob. End of story.

LAS, I don’t care if Kadr was a minor when he committed murder or a Canadian citizen. Generally for serious crimes “children” are tried in adult court. IMHO, murder qualifies as a serious crime. Once he’s been stripped of his right to be tried as a child, he can also be charged with treason as an adult. That can put in him prison for the rest of his life. He can also be charged under anti-terrorist legislation.
As I mentioned previously, the best way of repatriating him to Canada from the US is dropped from a plane zipped into a pigskin bag without a parachute at 40000′. The US gets rid of an unwanted islamofascist and the Canadian left can have him stuffed and mounted in a place where they can worship at his feet.

Khadr was a child soldier when captured. When he was captured, the ‘confession’ was obtained by two men with a history of beating Afghan detainess. And apparently the report on Khadr was altered to make it look more likely that he killed Speers, even though eyewitness accounts say he was unconscious.

Sorry to burst your misinformed bubble there LAS but Khadr was not a child soldier when captured for two reasons. 1) He was not a child at the time of his capture. 2) He was not a soldier at the time of his capture.
My statement about his desire to kill many more is based on his expressed desires not on what I want to see happen.
