I think some of the problem might be resolved if the vulgar parties were to be cordoned off with the offended parties. Let’s say- just hypothetically- Bill Maher found himself in an elevator with Todd Palin who just remembered that the former said something rather nasty about his wife.

You will find an elevated level of misogyny with all professional politicians, corporate executives, high level bureaucrats and any other group that operates in an environment of ego, power and authority. But it seems that the left, being the great centralizers and consolidators of state power seem to excel at it. It shouldn’t come as a surprise that looters and thugs are also misogynists.
