they were wondering with the cwb monopoly gone, would canadian farmers run their grain over the border.
they seem to figure that the elevators in canada will get in line price wise as they won’t want to loose the buisness.

Oberg and his merry band of uber-socialists were terminated from the CWB board about 3 seconds after C18 received Royal Assent. Which is why CWB 2.0 actually has a chance to succeed in an open market.
