Canada’s most infamous watermelon doesn’t hold back in expressing just how much she abhors her country. Although, in fairness, it’s not clear whether she has given up her Canadian citizenship and become a resident of Tuvalu. Here’s hoping.

China’s growth in emissions year over year is 4x our total last year. I would guess that from 5 years ago up to 5 years hence, China will have emitted more CO2 in 10 years than Canada since the first european explorers lit a campfire. At the rate of growth, China’s incremental amount each year will be more than the total annual emissions of 5 of the G20 nations. We could all shut down completely tommorow and the change in total world emissions would be less than China’s reporting error. Her Stupidity is painful to behold.
All this talk of blowhards like May brought this to mind. Too rich.

Say, does anyone know if that area still practices cannibalism?
I admit I voted Green once, the first chance I got.
then she went on record in a talk show saying she thought (quoting now) ‘Canadians are stupid’ (google it)
now Im just waiting for them to disappear off the ballot.
Don’t worry about Saanich-GI. Full of the latte left throughout, including the artsy fartsy greentards of the Gulf Islands, and all the NDP working class and retired unionists, government employees, and university perfessors. This area consistently votes well left, in general. Gary Lunn had a nice run, but the leftards combined their vote, and there’s the result.
May is just a gawdawful representative of the democratic system.
Lizzie May doesn’t like it here? Fine. She can go back to Yankville where she came from; or go to H**l; it doesn’t matter to me.
Something is happening that is going to cause a great deal of grief for folks like lizzie, suzuki, and warren.
A coworker of mine that is big L liberal, has expressed his great satisfaction with the governments handling of this.
The fact that he made a point of telling me suggests the watermelons are losing this fight in a big way.

She’s, apparently, studying to become an Anglican priest.
An Anglican priest? I didn’t know she was an athiest nor did I know she was gay. Didn’t a recent Archbishop of Canterbury say he didn’t believe in God. The Church has otherwise gotten into a mess with most of their political effort wasted in debating gay issues.
What evil deeds did they do to deserve her? Our gain is Tuvulu’s loss.
She may be every one’s favourite ugly joke but she actually has a point. While fully caught-up in the narrative, she points out the moral cowardice of the Canadian Government. Their position, while obviously a bluff, presupposes agreement with the premise of AWG significance and the need for international collective action. The message to Canadians trying to make sense of it is that we agree that we are bad but we won’t be good until we can all be good, that first, world governance is required.
A moral stance would be to say that we don’t buy into the f…… narrative and we won’t be participating in any more international circle-jerks.
I live nearby, and luckily in MP Weston’s district.
Thankfully just out of the epicenter of dope addled aging hippies.
They can’t die of old age and lung cancer soon enough.
Just wondering if anyone else noticed the “infamous watermelon” pun in the CTV “become a resident of Tuvalu story”. Where under her photo was a link stating, “View Larger Image.”

~John Chittick
Yeah, Australian PM John Howard took that particular public moral stance…right before he got tossed out on his can.
What do you think of the current Australian government and what they’re doing to the economy in the name of environmentalism?
Oz, exactly, as much as we would like to see honesty and morality in government action and announcement and PM Harper saying what John Chittick suggests he should say, it unfortunately does not work like that.

As much as I despise the (pseudo-environmental) poseur Sierra Club governing class, I don’t advocate deceit as a political tool. It will accomplish little in the long run other than some temporary political power. If the electorate is too dumbed-down or superficial to handle reason, you’ll eventually get a government of Lizzie Mays because as deluded as they are, they will at least be perceived as “honest”. Howard took the high road while the electorate down-under has exposed the typically toxic effluent of public education (just one arm of the institutional left).
It’s actually looking very bleak for a future so utterly dependent on leviathan and democracy. The future of liberty may have to rely again on revolution or possibly a phoenix rising from the ashes of financial / societal collapse.
Have a good weekend!
