In a letter last February to Charles Grassley, the ranking Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee, the Justice Department said that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms had not sanctioned the sale of assault weapons to a straw purchaser and that the agency makes every effort to intercept weapons that have been purchased illegally. In connection with Operation Fast and Furious, both statements have turned out to be incorrect.

Luckily, it’s Friday.

(As of Nov 2011 former ) US Atty for Arizona Dennis Burke was at the center of this campaign of deception at Obama’s DOJ, furiously calling the claim that the Obama Admin was illegally selling guns to Mexican drug cartels a ” categorical falsehood”. Later, he tried to smear the agent who blew the whistle on this illegal gunrunning. So, when can we expect to see an indictment for obstruction against Burke, and for violating the Privacy Act in leaking the memo on Agent Dodson to the press? And why won’t Obama release the memo to the public outlining the details of the agents alarm concerning operation ” Fast and Furious “?

Well let me give ya my spin on it.
On the contrary these DOJ and Holder or not morons anymore than Jones, Mann or Hansen(climate gate villians) are.
Highly educated and very intelligent much like the NAZI hierarchy…they have a basic flaw, besides a total lack of empathy or virtue….an unrequited quest for power at any cost. In short they are all criminals without scruples.
Their inspiration is not benevolent or in the best of intentions….far from it…it is simple power. The left’s century long campaign for domination is even now still impatient….and like the msot clever of criminals make simple, stupid blunders…because their judgement is impaired by their basic lack of morals or a value system.
To neutralize the biggest threat of an armed blowback against their intended brazen seizure of power is an armed citizenry….hence like all such criminal conspiracies disarming the citizenry is not just desired but a basic strategic, not tactical, objective.
A simple over-view of this conspiracy indicates this…all other alternatives just do not make sense….in fact the DemoncRATs ill-timed demand for more “gun-laws” using this mess as justification confirms this.
In short, due to the toxic effects of their evil intent, the judgement of otherwise very intelligent and educated individuals is impaired.
Morons they are not…more like stupid, deranged genius…
This why, in principle, there is no such thing as a perfect crime….just unsolved cases…..
That’s the best I can express this…it is difficult to analyse the insane….
