It was a dismal and disappointing night for Ontario. Hudak was a disaster: this election was mcLiar’s to lose, and hudak never bothered to show up to challenge or fight for the spot.
Why don’t conservatives learn the One Truth: Conservatism wins with bold ideas. Not only does that energize the base, but it gives fence-sitters an alternative from the status quo. That’s why Mike Harris won in a landslide: a perfect storm of liberal/ndp waste and his Common Sense Revolution. It’s also was Sarah Palin is so beloved by the Right, and hated by the Left.
Why vote for mLiar Lite when you can have the real thing?
I also suspect that many of ontario’s socialist elite were too afraid and returned McIdiot to office after the Conservatives won a federal majority.
There were SO many talking points to be made in this election: the failure of “green energy”, rampant government spending, insane money shoveled at public sector unions, caledonia, ad infinitum.
Hudak never beat the drum on these because like most red tories or faux conservatives, he was either too afraid to speak the truth to these outrages or to some extent, agreed with them.
We need another Mike Harris to clean up this mess, but it will by Four Mordor Years before we get the chance.
We need a true conservative party to vote for in this province. And it has to be miles bolder than what was offered by hudak & co, and more so than what we’re seeing on a federal level, where crickets are chirping waiting for harper to step things up with his majority.

How many reporters will be on Dalton’s case since they never were around for the last 8years.
Watch out for Dalton’s sob stories like: “that he was planning to; going to, has all the plans to bring Ontario back to ‘HAVE’ province but couldn’t since the conservative Hudak and ndp Horwath stopped him from doing so.”
I can hear Dalton’s cries already.
People will get poorer and parents and teachers will have to decide if schools- the favourite targets of perverted special-interest groups- are worth it.
Micro and macro predictions: Ontario is in the process of losing its status as the centre of the universe which may mean CBC will eventually be canned. Yay!! Ontarians with skills and good attitudes will move west, which means our housing shortage (too few affordable apartments and houses) will be with us for a long time to come. Oh well. At least we’re getting the good ones. Send your skilled tradesmen and techies, please. (Members of my parent’s generation left Saskatchewan in search of employment. Looks like their grandchildren and great grandchildren will be returning.)
The values and political outlook of the prairies (Sask and AB, especially) will replace those of central Canada, which means political correctness will soon be dead. CBC will have no audience, not that they do now.
Anyway, nice to see the shift helped along by Ontario voters. And a big welcome with open arms to Ontario’s movers and shakers, doers and get-at-‘ers. We like your kind.
As long as labour unions and business are allowed to set the political agenda’s the people are only sheeple, federal or provincial.
Dalton is a union McPuppet and Hudak didn’t have any agenda.
We’ll need a Hitler to cleans us of the sheeple affect and were asking for it.

Mcguinty should be arrested, tried and summarily convicted for systemic “RAPE”…of Ontario taxpayers.
Sorry guys, but in my mind, YOU’RE SCREWED. You are overtaxed, boned up the ying yang with high electicity costs, a dwindling manufacturing sector and burdened with an increasing immigrant population that for the most part wants a free ride.

Ontarians voted for Harper to lower federal taxes… and they voted Liberal for McGuinty to raise provincial taxes.
Makes perfect sense … in Morontario.
