    Yep, the USA isn’t about to become the “Obama-Nation(tm)…
    As Breitbart notes with Obama’s approval rating hovering about 31% among independents, the Dems will likely see the ‘writing on the wall’ regarding their electoral prospects in 2012.
    Obama was just a little too “Fast and Furious” with the old gun control gambit as Holder is likely to find out soon enough.
    It appears the Dems have soiled their own nest and are about to be reduced to drinking each others used bath water.

  3. Ah yes, my and my wife’s grandfathers were quite familiar with those signs. The only place there was any equality, peace and democracy was in the mass graves out in the forest by the city of Orenburg, near other cities or outside the perimeter fences of the labour camps.

  5. Oh this whole thing is quite interesting to watch. I am not so sure that this wouldnt have been happening anyway so I question how much of this is a reaction to Obama’s real shortcomings.
    Remeber Van Jones said not two weeks ago that there was something coming, this is being manufactured by Obama supporters to Kow Tow resistance to what they want to acheive. They were caught off gaurd by the Tea Party, they tried the “coffee party” which failed, they tried attack watch, which laughably failed, they are moving to more direct methods, union thigs and the always ready to act vanguard of the proletariat (communists, radical left and fellow travellers of anarchists and Black Bloc)
    I am not so sure that this wouldnt have come unless Obama had met anything but overwhelming success. These are the same people, and types of people, who sat in at the Wiscosin legisalture. It will only get more violent if a Republican wins the white house, then these groups will completely have nothing to lose.
    The far left sees the marxist-leninist playbook comig to fruition. Like any end of the worlders they start to act in a certain way to facilitate the “coming of their saviour”.
    Same as hidden imman followers, Jim Jones p[eople like that.
    Dangerous times till this is all worked through and we out of this insane time frame.

  6. Most people here are in Canada. I’m a dual citizen who spends about half my time in the U.S.; the Americans on here can chime in to confirm this (or not).
    When I’m out in ‘public spaces’ where you cannot avoid over-hearing other people’s conversations (such as during lunch in the food court ‘squat & gobble’ in any mall) you would be SHOCKED at the intensity and frequency of openly expressed anti-Obama talk going on around you! OK, I admit that as a white guy I’m NOT hanging out in ethnic neighborhoods, but in average middle class white neighborhoods in the U.S. Obama is totally toast, TOTALLY!!! Democrats MUST know this, and they are terrified that their 2012 shellacking will rival Walter Mondale’s in 1984 – Wally lost 49 states to Reagan.
    Obama & Democrats are TOTALLY TOAST in 2012.

    yeah, that’s right, only Obama and his staunch minions have got it right, it’s all those awful opponents who terribly outnumber him, are all wrong, and haven’t drunk the koolaid.

  14. I suspect this protest movement will peter out, as it is fueled by the immature whining of spoiled brats and the unemployable, not the more sober and steady constitutionally thinking middle Americans that fuel the Tea Party.
    Just the same, there are a lot of very very angry lefties around, and I am thinking that clear minded self-sufficient Americans who still exist are mighty glad that they are allowed to own firearms and participate in local militias to defend themselves, their loved ones, and their property.
    I wonder what will happen on election night in 2012 if/when the Zero is finally sent to the dustbin of history.

  15. As Davers6 says above, every time I go to the USA I hear random people in stores, malls, on the sidewalk, going off on Obama and the DemocRats. People generally are terrified of the DEBT more than anything else, the crushing, gigantic trillions of dollars the DemocRats have run up in the last three years.
    People are not buying the hype from the White House. As I mentioned in July, on my trip to California I saw very very few Obama stickers on cars. Smelly hippies in health food stores would spontaneously rant about the national debt. In California. That time I looked outside to check for a rain of toads, let me tell you.
    So these freaks that Breitbart is talking about, the hard-core fruitloops like the ones astroturfing on Wall St., this is Obama’s bought-and-paid-for circus act to scare his own side. He’s not trying to scare Republicans or the Tea Party with this laughable rent-a-mob, he’s trying to scare Mayor Bloomberg, the Clintons, whatever rump of the Kennedy Mob there is left and etc.
    And given the location I think he’s sending a message to the mega-rich hedge fund managers in NYC that they better pony up some serious donations like in 2008 or he will turn a mob on them. A real mob though, one with torches and chunks of pipe, not these stupid kids.

  16. what makes you think there’s going to BE an election night in 2012 ? look at the likes of pelosi and reid…do you think they’d take achance on losing their party’s grasp on power at this stage of the game ? maybe once upon a time they would but there are too many skeletons in too many closets now and none of them want to take the chance of ending up in jail.

  20. The only place I’ve traveled to regularly in the US recently is central Florida and Obozo is definitely not liked there. I saw one Obama bumper sticker the whole time I was there and there were far more:
    Somewhere in Kenya a village is missing its idiot stickers on vehicles. Tea party billboards along I95, lots of NRA stickers on vehicles and it was clear that this was not Obozo territory.

  23. I have expressed my preference that this situation be resolved by a “velvet revolution” but that option is appearing to being removed from the table by the SEIU/Acorn/Che admirers….
    In the final event, we won’t make the rules we shall have to play the game….
    Those who think this emotional event (civil war) will be confined to the US and excluded from Canada will be disabused of that notion violently…..1848 set nearly every nation in Europe aflame….
