Insane now cured. How insane was he,Li moved from the front of the bus to the back, found a very small, sleeping Mclean wearing headphones. It would seem Li chose Mclean because of the circumstances.
Also, if he is now sane, it should be explained to him about what he did. Hell, if it was explained to me that I did this atrocity, I wouldn’t want to see the light of day again.

I like the American model … the wacko who shot Congresswoman Giffords & others was judged unfit to stand trial so he stays in custody until he is. Of course … that’s the evil American system so we couldn’t use it here.

The majority of persons with mental illnesses or brain damage do not commit violent crimes. It all depends on severity and location/type of damage in the brain.

Good point but who would determine that ? Muslims follow that doctrine and we are in a struggle to bring them democracy, which guarantees the human garbage in our society gets 3 good meals a day and all the recreation they can handle. As well as social workers who will side with the criminal rather than the victims. Muslims just get rid of their human garbage.

Good point. If we had that the victim would probably still be alive. Many other victims would probably still be alive. Of course this legality would open up a new can of worms. Also , criminals would not like this either and their concerns usually outweigh the victims in our system.
