  1. Really? Can’t tell if this is one of Kate’s joke twitters or did someone intercept Fife’s blackberry?
I’m surprised, or should I say, SHOCKED, that he of all people would remind voters of liberal indiscretions. And he did not even use the word alleged.
Could it be that CTV is sensing some backlash? I know I’ve emailed them regarding their blatant partisanship.

  2. Bob has corrected himself…..
Correction: Lib MP Pablo Rodriquez charged with failure to cooperate with breathlyzer – not impaired driving.

  3. But,but, but, Pablo ain’t guilty yet, he’s only been charged, the media has the bar set lower for Liberals.
Pablo, who has a lot of wind to blow in the HOC somehow became breathless when rigged up with a breathalyzer, even though we know Liberals are able to suck and blow at the same time.
How can they charge such a feeble fella? What will they charge him with? Oh dear, the quandary.

  4. I guess being a Liberal candidate gives you the right to say or do anything your lil bleeding heart desires.

  5. So Pablo is the interesting test case. When a con is under serious investigation, not convicted, Harper boots em from cabinet…and in Guegis’ case from caucus.
IN Michael’s case….when asked to provide leadership…..ulm, nowhere to be found. He would do well just keep quiet on these other things that highlight he does nothing. He didnt do anything about the ex judge other than distance himself form the comments….
Perhaps we can ressurect Ignatieff, not a leader.

  6. Any minute now the HRC will be charging all of us with “hate speeach” against a poor, unfortunate Hispanic minority who just wants to persue his Cdn dream of selfless “public service”, but is being unjustly harrassed by police.

  7. I wonder if he bought the beer with his $100 a month child subsidy? Maybe Scott Reid was right.

    Hehehehehehehe!

  9. To funny, Keep the heat on these lying cheating theiving media propped up parasites known as Liberals. Their game has never been challenged here in the media, in fact it has been Aided and Abbetted by the likes of Oliver Taber Fife and all the other koolaid drinkers, while they stole the treasury of Canada empty with all their SCAMS, and we know them all, the CBC CTV Globe Star etc ran cover for them. That is being a willing accomplice to criminal activity, nothing less!

  10. Bryanr: “And speaking of Bob(rae), Why has he been so strangely quiet? ” I suspect he is busy planning for the coalition government. I am seeing Iggy squeezed out and Rae taking over.

  11. Several months ago Jane Taber wrote an article on the Liberal Party command and control system.
The main function seemed to be to insulate the Supremo (Count Michael) and his Vizier (or chief
political advisor) from the peasants (the ordinary party members). It looked like a disaster waiting to happen, and maybe now it has.

  12. Being I’m afflicted with Alpha male syndrome, a condition marginalized and very often misunderstood or intolerated by anything east of Manitoba or west of Alberta, I have the uncontrollable urge to raise my arms and clench my fists to hit a ‘thing’ like Pablo Rodriguez when I see and especially hear it talk…Same thing with Mark Holland or my favorite arm raiser, David McGuinty.
If I was an alpha woman like Kate or Kathy Shaidle, same thing would happen with Marlene Jennings, another Montreal wonder.

  13. Maybe the anonymous TeaParty in Canada is starting to have some effect. For the first time Robert Fife actually mentioned real issues and proposed a real question to Count Iggy. He moved from nipping at the ankles to a full atack on the crotch, good dog!

  14. Bob Fife, you are sleaze. Is this really whats become of political reporting? A cheap throw away line who’s sole purpose it to embarrass and degrade?

  15. rhebner,
Don’t be so rough on poor Bobby, he’s really confused and down these days: Cons heading towards a majority, SUN TV coming to finish off mediocre and bias CTV news = No Lieberal appointed senate job possible anymore…Or even no job at all!
    Bwahahahahah!

  16. So Fife tweets this?
Does that relieve him of the responsibility of discussing Pablo on National TV?

C’mon Terry I live in BC and though true to a point what you say,a greater percentage of those that live OUT of the lower mainland do have something between the ears.

  18. We must keep the pressure on these lying media outlets. Yesterday I phoned QR’s newsroom and asked if they were only repeaters, and did they not dig enough to find out that Izzy Hirgi or whatever his name was had threatened Harper on facebook, thus causing him to be turned away from Harpers rally. The answer was no we did not know that, I politely asked them to stop slagging Harper for this action on their news, they continued to run the same story the rest of the day, and that station is supposedly a fair news source. This is a problem with news people all over, for so long, diddling their sisters or cousins or their profs in their closed system has produced quite a Stutterite Colony, here is the proof, and a proof is da proof!

Where have all the leftists gone?
    …-
“Ignatieff, Layton fight for distant second as Harper coasts above ‘white noise’”
“An election campaign dominated by “white noise” continues to show Stephen Harper comfortably ahead of his political opponents on leadership issues, as Michael Ignatieff and Jack Layton struggle for the dubious distinction of placing a distant second.
The latest Nanos Research Leadership Index – a daily tracking of voter attitudes toward the Conservative, Liberal and NDP leaders conducted for The Globe and Mail and CTV – continues to show Mr. Harper comfortably ahead of his opponents, scoring once again above 100, with Mr. Ignatieff, with a score of 45, essentially tied with Mr. Layton, who’s at 48.”

Wouldn’t that be interesting. Layton as leader of the opposition. Parliament might actually get interesting, with a real tug of war between ideologies instead of everyone playing to the mushy middle with a cherry of political correctness on top.

You figured that out pretty good. I wonder if others caught on to Fife exonerating himself from giving this real air time several times a day.

  22. Bartinski, you are so right. I have for a long time noticed that about QR news. They just repeat the lies they are fed from the rest of the MSM scum. I used to expect more of them but as you say they are all same and all the result of the same clusterf@#k. I could never put it as eloquently as you though. I enjoy your comments because I find them so true and perfectly put.
