According to the lefties, this guy used to walk on water. Now that he’s gone from Messiah to Pariah, I’m sure he can at least survive a car crash without seatbelt.

I don’t think anyone should have to wear a seat belt, perhaps the people that sit in the back seat of a vehicle should, so that they don’t kill the front seat passengers in the event of a frontal collision. I don’t think motorcyclists should have to wear helmets either.
Perhaps these laws are only in place because the government mandated health nannies view us as health costs first, people second.
But, for now, the law is the law, and it does seem that there is one law for some people, and another set for little people.
Why encourage him? Someday it might pay off 🙂
Illegal aliens are exempt from prosecution in the US. They are regularly turned loose after traffic violation stops including DUI.

I recall one of Tom Clancy’s yarns involving AirForce One…..the staffers would defiantly ignore the seat belt sign but the protagonist POTUS would calmly afix his.
This is not definitive proof but considering Clancy’s legendary accurate research, there can be little doubt that this behaviour is SOP.
It is common practice that seat-belts are not installed in full sized school-buses. Some US states did but then removed them.
School buses rely on their mass and heavy exterior guard beams and padded interior. Children are easilly injured by seat-belts.
OBOZO is foolish to no wear his belt…..he likely behaves the same on AF1. Seat-belts work exceptionally well in slow speed colisions—-but can be deadly even for adults in the high-speed crashes—-when survival is low anyway.
The biggest thing on the road…18 wheelers…without a seat-belt your odds of survival in a colision or roll-over are slim.

I take airport limos all the time to and from Pearson and I have to admit that I have never been ordered by the limo driver to put on a seatbelt. Maybe the laws for limos are different or the driver has to be specially trained. I know that in party limos you definitely don’t have to wear a seatbelt.
In the case of the Prez, he is typically in a motorcade and I think those limos are extremely heavy and well armoured. From a PR point of view, it is probably good for the Prez to wear a seatbelt.
Seatbelts- yes. He should also have to wear a helmet with face guard when shooting hoops, wear safety toed golf shoes, a PFD and sunscreen when outside at the beach. Lord knows what would happen if the anointed one was lost.
