And while the law stipulates that only new projects will be supported through CDM, it’s not always easy to determine exactly what qualifies as new.”

  9. I heard on the news today that 2010 has been the warmest year EVER for Canada. This was on ctv in their list of top ten “weather events”.

    They proclaimed that EVERY region of the country recorded record high temps.I strongly suspect that the numbers are intentionally fraudulent,and may be the result of certain weather monitoring stations being left out of the averages.

    Doesn’t that sound familiar?

  10. wally: got a similar report on Global. I almost gagged on What’s-his-face and his climate agenda. Didn’t really have a summer (again) in Calgary, but we apparently recorded record high temperatures. Warmest year, but December not quite done and experiencing serious cold weather across the west. You’d swear he’s never been outside T.O.

This past spring , on the B.C. lower mainland (Vanc. area)… I use my veggie garden for a yardstick.. 3 years ago, we had a beautiful spring, summer… The last two springs , I had to plant seeds 2-5 times to get things moving.. This past summer was the worst, June was constant cold rain.. Summer was short, and I only B.B.Qed 3 times… Crops were crap, David Dipsh-t(the weather xpert)- whats his face)said we had a fabulous June out here… Said the same about last June…He is a fricken squirrel… I hate fu–ing hearing his lispy voice. Not that theres anything wrong with that..I, personally am running out of summers, and truth in forcasting wont change the inevitable,but not trying to sell the green lie would get my bloodpressure down a notch… I am sick and tired of these clowns having the idea that we are so stupid, that they can tell us that freezing is actually warming, and we believe it,as if Islam is the religion(cult) of peace… Sorry for the rant(cheap wine nite at my place).. Happier New Year to you all…

  14. Facts and data hold no sway with the AGW Borg. They are only programmed to spew the usual leftist climate drool; because, you see, all this cold weather is more proof of “climate change”.
    “Global warming” is tres passe. Any temperature or weather anomalies can be explained away thus, and they can make the bumper stickers last longer, too.
    Would it be too much to wish to see suzuki and the cbc named as defendants in a massive class action tort? That would just about make my life complete, especially if dr. Fraudzuki had to pawn a house or two for legal fees.
