That explains the strange chicken coops in Saskabush…

  4. I admit I spent too much time at the FolkFest food pavilions.
I once had a girlfriend bolt for the bathroom at the sushi bar upon eating a salmon roe sushi with a quail egg cracked on top. At my instigation, naturally. ~:D Apparently she thought it was to squishy to be food. The poor chef guy looked so shocked…
In my defense, I eat haggis as well. That you can tie to a fence. Some feel its better left there, tied to the fence, but I figure if I can eat a sea urchin, I can manage a haggis.

Could you take it to a birthday party and use it as a pinata? Beating it with a stick is the only thing I could really see as being of any value!!! ;^D

  7. xly last week was the first octopus i’d had in 40 years…
first time in mexico it was in a marinade…chewed it for two days…but in Spain deep fried like calamari it was tender and xly tasty enough…wouldn’t order it again of course…
i focused on jambon iberico….from that majickal animal…the fat xly reverses it’s badness into goodness over the curing process…mayor bloomberg would be pleased…

    …..or drop with a .300 Weatherby, methinks.

  9. OMG! That looks like a plate full of round worms — the Third-World intestinal parasite famous for producing the bloated stomachs you see on “World Vision”. Just put a little garnish on your next round worm infestation.
Thanks a lot Kate — nightmares for we pasta lovers.
