… has a little fun with aid:
More Latma.
Not so funny … an “aid shipment” intercepted last year … CLICK.
Charles from June 4:
But as Leslie Gelb, former president of the Council on Foreign Relations, writes, the blockade is not just perfectly rational, it is perfectly legal. Gaza under Hamas is a self-declared enemy of Israel — a declaration backed up by more than 4,000 rockets fired at Israeli civilian territory. Yet having pledged itself to unceasing belligerency, Hamas claims victimhood when Israel imposes a blockade to prevent Hamas from arming itself with still more rockets.
[…]
Oh, but weren’t the Gaza-bound ships on a mission of humanitarian relief? No. Otherwise they would have accepted Israel’s offer to bring their supplies to an Israeli port, be inspected for military materiel and have the rest trucked by Israel into Gaza — as every week 10,000 tons of food, medicine and other humanitarian supplies are sent by Israel to Gaza.
Why was the offer refused? Because, as organizer Greta Berlin admitted, the flotilla was not about humanitarian relief but about breaking the blockade, i.e., ending Israel’s inspection regime, which would mean unlimited shipping into Gaza and thus the unlimited arming of Hamas.
Israel has already twice intercepted ships laden with Iranian arms destined for Hezbollah and Gaza. What country would allow that?

What country would allow that?
Is California a country?
Great tactic.
Kill them with humour.
They are incapable of responding in kind.

”
Berlin : German activists who were on board the aid flotilla heading for Gaza will sue Israel for raiding the ships, one of the activists said here Monday evening.
Talking at a round-table discussion on the latest situation in Gaza, Inge Hoeger said she and two other companions would file a lawsuit against Israel for its lethal attack on the aid convoy.
The complaint addressed to the German federal prosecutor will include kidnapping charges, she added.
A legislator for the opposition party The Left (Die Linke), Hoeger was joined by faction member Annette Groth and former Left MP Norman Paech aboard the Marmara, the Turkish passenger boat in the protest flotilla.
All three German politicians have accused the Jewish state of “war crimes and kidnapping.”
Meanwhile, Hoeger announced that the German parliament would debate Israel’s assault on the Gaza peace flotilla Wednesday, following a petition by her party which called for an end to the Gaza blockade and a halt to German arms deliveries to Israel.”
So you have Die Linke hooking up with Hamas to ‘destroy Israel’. This would look like classical fascism redux. Everything old is new again.
Also recall that Israel withdrew from the Gaza strip only to have some several thousands of Kassam rockets land in various Israeli backyards.
The ill disguised “Judenhass” from Die Linke once again sets sail…some 70 years later.

Nonsense.
Territorial waters/international water are irrelevant in war—declared or otherwise.
Kidnapping does not apply to lawful detention.
Helen Thomas momments just don’t make it.
There are currently 2 more “aid convoys” in the works—1 to the Kurds, the other to the Greeks on Cypress……
I am surprised that it only took 65 years for the Nazi left and the Communist left to publicly join forces.
Guess that Kruschev’s Russians were a bit smarter about things than the Hammas “activists” were.
Can children eat rockets?
Hamas and Hezbollah are slime of the lowest order and why leftists can’t see that will forever be a mystery to me.
War coming. Get your garden in.
“Israel has already twice intercepted ships laden with Iranian arms destined for Hezbollah and Gaza. What country would allow that?”
Barry Obama’s America would allow that, is who. Barry intends to allow Iran to ship whatever they hell they want into Gaza.
However, if we’re talking insane you can’t top Canada. Allowing jihadist imams to preach terrorism… while on welfare. Oh, and then prosecutes Maclean’s magazine and Mark Steyn for quoting said imams word for word.
That would be the funniest thing ever if it wasn’t true.
“make the world believe that IDF is Jack the Ripper”
Classic.
The incident on the Mavi Marmara is absolutely horrible, at least 9 people killed…innocent civilians. Israel is out of control, all because they are massively funded by the US on their agenda of ‘faith’…the opposite of rational thinking. Any attempt to undermine the legitimacy of the aid ships is pathetic and cruel.
Priceless!..watched several skits..had to break away.
Muslim logic: Why Israeli hate suspicion and embargo? We only use small to medium rockets and not even every day.
Crazy Jews… sooo touchy.
It would not surprise me to see Egypt, Syria, Hezbollah ,plus Iran attack Israel within months.
With the blessing of Putin. If not plenty of arms.
JMO
Hamas Rockets on Israel could be slowed and reduced if a rocket dropped into Iran in exact reaction to each Hamas Israel launch.
Reaction rockets from a drone in random pattern would make Iranian counter launch almost useless .
The Iranian public’s wrath could bring a shift from the Shia cleric dictatorship to something more democratic and moderate.
or…
Achmahdinejad’s Clerics could panic and do something stupidly destructive well beyond the scale of mere rockets.
Yes, it’s risky.
“It would not surprise me to see Egypt, Syria, Hezbollah ,plus Iran attack Israel within months.”
Any reasoning behind your opinion? I’d bet all I have to my name against that ridiculous scenario.

Eygpt—been there done that—same for Syria.
In addition Syria has the IDF poised on the Golan Heights with an unobstructive down-hill drive right into Damascus…
Hezbollah perhaps…they are nutso….
Iran currently is talking a great war…..with Isreali nukes bobbing offshore in the Persian Gulf.
You’ll need to make a reasonable argument regarding the how and why those 4 non-nuclear powers would attack an undeclared nuclear power, the only state in the middle east that has not signed the NPT, with the full backing, both technological and monetary, from the United States.
Even if they did strike, it would be immediately responded to with full force by both the US and Israel…all 4 regions would be dominated.
