Nothing is remain as useless. Every one has it’s use. The machine can not be under estimable. It will be used, by developing, at some lids, doors and closets which cannot be opened at any cost.

That’s a mechanized example of the government. Every MP should get one of these things on his desk to remind him of what he’s part of. With his name on it.
Its too simple though. There should be a half-billion dollars worth of monkey motion attached to that, with lots of Rube Goldberg machinery filling in forms and moving them back and forth until the weight of paper trips some new gear train etc. And it should be gold plated, with jeweled movements.
Then it would -really- look like the government.

These boxes have been around since the 60s or 70s. They used to have a hand that came out and hit the switch. Much more amusing then. I think the original idea came from the Munsters or Adams Family show. (not the box, just the idea)

It’s the new Elections Canada ballot box. After the left amalgamates into a single party, this will be the voting machine. The voting instructions will read :
Push up to vote for the Conservatives
Push down to vote for the Reddish-Green Liberal Democrats

To me,
The hand represents the political right trying to release some facts on certain topics
( Climategate, Obama, Adscam, et cetera..)
and the thing that automatically turns off the switch is the main stream media.
The leftist main stream media can keep on claiming we have access to the switch, and claiming they are fair to the right.
But that is as far as our voice gets; the auto-off switch.
Yep to me this machine is the Main Stream Media in action.
That box IS the main stream media in action.
It should be their logo.
All that is missing are liberals colors on the box and conservative colors on the hand.

Hey! I remember something like that!
My mom had a similar thingy, a sort of weird, macabre piggybank purchased in the ’70s. It was a coffin. Press a coin onto a certain spot and a skeleton hand will lift up the coffin lid and drag the coin into the coffin.
Kind of amusing for kids, actually…
And now it reminds me of the Liberal Party, what with taking our money away whenever they have an opportunity! The coffin and skeletal hand symbolize the pretty-much-dead status of the Liberal Party brand.

The switch represents Tory legislation. It gets turned on and then the Liberal Senate comes out of the box and kills it.
But that’s about to change come March when Parliament reconvenes and the Tories have a majority in the Senate and thanks to prorogation of Parliament, in the Senate committees as well.
Legislation will start to breeze through, unless the chicken heart leftist parties bring the government down. The only bill that may get held up by the Tory majority Senate would be the Cap and Trade bill, if there is one, and then watch the lefties howl!!

I want one! Why on earth do I want one?

I have to correct my previous post. I now remember a good friend of mine that liked electronic things (like from Allied Radio) made one of these things in high school in the middle to late 50’s. He later became an electrical engineer. He also made a giant tesla coil in his quonset hut garage. he thing contacted the metal structure and after a short while, a van with a locator antenna drove up in his driveway and the FCC tried to confiscate it.
