  1. hilarious, as the truth about these mentally challenged environs slowly seeps out
would someone please sent the men in the white suites to dear david’s home address

  2. Tielman & Suzuki arguing about who’s the greenest greenie.
Where’s that asteroid when you need it.

  3. For God’s sakes Suzuki. Why don’t you join a bowling league or the Lion’s Club or something.

  4. I wish they’d quit calling Suzuki a “scientist”. Suzuki is now not, and never was, a scientist. He played at science to get his graduate degrees, then went off to be a dufus, at which he truly excels.

  5. Oh My!!
David is a very rude child isn’t he.
BTW – How goes the effort to have his foundation’s charitable status revoked?

  6. Okay. Let’s see if we can get Suzuki’s global warming goat by picking a response that(a)he is likely to understand,(b)uses subtleties he would appreciate, while, (c) demonstrating that one’s true feelings can be easily communicated without resorting to really dirty lanquage.
Ready everyone? Okay, on the count of three:
“Davie is a wee wee. Davie is a wee wee.”

  7. “Arrogance diminishes wisdom.” Wow, isn’t that the truth! This completely describes Suzuki, doesn’t it? Iggy should also take note.
Enviro-lefties fighting with each other. That’s a good thing. Love it, as a matter of fact.

  8. Fred’s right. Both Tielman and Suzuki are AGW hysterics squabbling over the best way to screw the public and “save the planet”. But it’s still fun to see them fighting and it would be even better if they managed to throttle each other.

  9. This is too good to be true; Soccermom. Lefties in a knock down drag-out fight. It just doesn’t get better.

  10. Tielman is a regular out here in Climate Hysteria Land – formerly La La Land, aka The Left Coast – he’s a regular MSM mouthpiece. He’s a hard core Dipper and thinks we are all gonna drown due to raising oceans or bake die to global warming.
Always good for a laugh or two.

  11. Seeing Suzuki’s face on every bus is truly painful. A black eye on the posters would ease my pain.

  12. Ha! David Suzuki shown up for the I’m-better-than-you-are-whiny-face wimp he is. ‘Love it.
Apparently, he disguarded results that didn’t square with his hypotheses about fruit flies back in the day when he might, legitimately, have been called a “scientist.” (Fruit flies are connected to AGW?)
Now, he’s just a washed up, pi**ed off, hysterical, has-been snake oil salesman, finding it very hard to be shoved off centre stage.
Get used to it, David. You’ve had your day.

  13. Just a few years ago, Suzuki stormed off the John Oakley radio show because Oakley had the temerity to suggest that GW was not a man made phenomena. I see not much has changed.

  14. Suzuki wont go anywhere where he is challenged. Most of his media appearances are as fawning as if he was Obama. Yet everyone I talk to who has ever met him in person says he is a rude, arrogant, pr*ck. When will the media stop treating him like some kind of god and more like the cheap two-bit huckster that he is. He should not be on TV but in jail for fraud.

  15. I’ve no issue with true environmentalism but what this huckster is schilling is a global tax for the privilege of living.
I like the proverb that started the article:
    “Arrogance diminishes wisdom.”
    Pretty much sums it up.

  16. Suzuki is not some much an environmentalist as a deranged marxist.
Even a casual over-view indicates…he implacably supports the LPC. The NDP is not on his radar.
A lot of us filed complaints about his political activities while being a tax-exempt, non profit….so far the vestiges of the former regime entrenched in REV CAN are protecting him.
THE COLD WAR IS OVER……HIS SIDE LOST….AND HE WON’T ACCEPT THAT AND GET ON WITH HIS LIFE.

  17. “Unfortunately, It Did Not Come To Blows”
Entirely regrettable in my view. They don’t give a shit about each other but it would be kind of sweet to see them beating it out of each other

  18. In Suzuki’s world rule #1 is: he does the talking and everybody else listens. When he was a prof giving a lecture, narrating his TV program, giving a speech, etc – same rule #1.
You want to see him throw a fit? Break rule #1.

  19. The World Wildlife Fund got onto the GW bandwagon a couple of years ago. I stopped supporting them, told them why, and now my wildlife funding goes to the Marmot Recovery Foundation on Vancouver Island.

  20. For the millions of Canadians like myself who grew up watching Suzuki’s well put together, interesting and informative material on hundreds of wildlife species and environmental issues, and whose very environmental consciousness have been to some extent shaped by this man, the notion that Suzuki is deserving of criticism is simply ridiculous.
Seriously people. Who has done more to raise the awareness level of Canadians about all things environmental? Give me a name. There is nobody.
Therefore, Suzuki is above personal criticism, even if you disagree with some of his stances on particular issues (as I do).
I don’t care if I see Suzuki out in the street tomorrow yelling incoherently and defecating into his own hand, so as to hurl some crap at passers-by. He has earned whatever self-importance and eccentricity he displays. I say that because, in terms of concrete accomplishment, most of us could never possibly measure up to what he has managed to do over the years.
Who are we, then, to try and bring him down?

  21. “Pinky, with a few more experiments I will have earned my place next to our great leader Dr Fruit Fly and together we shall rule the world.”

  22. suzuki is merely another enviro-fascist, whose goal is only to control how the rest of us live. Of course, he and his ilk are above “walking the talk” on this, so he may keep his 2 large BC homes and please don’t ask about those, thanksverymuch.
A disgusting, statist hypocrite. He should have slipped into irrelevance long ago, save for the average ignorant canadian’s embracing of the moron and his views (indeed, elevating him to one of “Canada’s Top Canadians”.

  23. Gordon – “Therefore, Suzuki is above personal criticism”
Are you serious??!! Suzuki’s show had a billion dollar CBC taxpayer paid budget behind him to inflate his ego to the extent it is now. All he had to do was appear, finger wag, admonish, lecture and pontificate.
His complete and total embrace of the global warming scam is now being exposed and he is coming undone. Good on him. Maybe he can retreat to one of the 3 homes he owns, stop flying across the world weekly and retire on his share of the billions made from this scandalous farce GW. The man is a pompous ass.

  24. gordon, what planet do you live on? Suzuki-moon?
“Seriously people. Who has done more to raise the awareness level of Canadians about all things environmental?” And who, gordon, has made more money from shouting “fire!” in a theatre?
… ” … Suzuki is above personal criticism …” ARE YOU KIDDING? No one’s above criticism. Even G*d says, “Contend with me.” If only we could contend with Dr. Fruit Fly, but he won’t let us. Only sycophants need knock at his door.
” … in terms of concrete accomplishment, most of us could never possibly measure up to what he has managed to do over the years.” Pass the barf bucket.
As I asked earlier, what planet are you living on or, perhaps more accurately, orbiting?
If you know your history, you’d know that he lies through his teeth when it comes to the Dark Ages and the role of the Christian Church. He SAYS the Church was responsible for the Dark Ages when, in reality, it was the Church which kept learning alive and which prevented the loss of precious, irreplaceable documents when Christian monks spent years copying tomes from original manuscripts to be stored in monastic libraries.
We wouldn’t know much of what we do today if it wasn’t for the role of the Christian Church in keeping the flame of learning alive in a period of deep cultural and spiritual depravity.
But, what does Suzuki know about this? Not very much, obviously. And he’s misled generations of young people on this issue alone, let alone all of the other ones he’s made up as he goes along — all aided and abetted by his cheerleaders in the Canadian MSM.
“Who are we, then, to try and bring him down?” We don’t have to bring him down, he’s brought himself down. It’s called hubris. He flew too close to the sun (in other words, gave AGW much too much importance and exposure, in order to make himself rich).
Facts are turning his artifice and spin into farce. He’s going to have to wear it, and in the meantime, he’s getting testy.
Suzuki, the Great and Terrible has had the curtain drawn back to reveal Suzuki, the Not-so-Great and Pi**ed Off.

  26. I would have paid big bucks to see the two socialist whores bitch slap each other.
