  39. While it sure would be interesting to see liberal response if that was to air, there was one error in it. I’m happy to be corrected if I’m wrong, but my understanding was that Ayres said something like, “I wish I had done more” or “we didn’t do enough”, rather than “I wish I’d killed more people” as the vid implies. May seem like splitting hairs, but I don’t think it is. It pisses me off to no end when the left misrepresents something – we shouldn’t do the same.

His career is littered with associations with criminals, terrorists and racists that he either agreed with, or was able to restrain his disagreement with them as they were able to assist his career. Is this illegal? No. But it IS something in which you’d not expect aspirants to the highest office in the United States to descend in order to get the job. Presumably, POTUS can be expected not to squirm in the manure with society’s lowest elements in order to attain office.

    Which kinda dovetails into the fact that Ayers never killed any people in the first place.
    Then there’s the fact that Ayers sat on a board sponsored by Walter Annenberg, friend of the Reagans, which – following the logic of guilt by association as utilized in your ad – means that Ronald Reagan liked to ‘pal around with terrorists’ too.
