  1. A big part of the problem is that Israel has been too generous with their “neighbours” over the years, especially since 1967. They’re as bad as the Bloc Quebecois.
I can’t even say what I really think Israel should do with these complainers that can only whine about being displaced and are suing in Canadian courts.
I heard what happened to Mark Steyn and Ezra Levant when they exercised their “freedom of speech”.
    “Islamophobe”

  2. These people may be on to something. Extraterritorial application of laws is becoming more and more prevalent.
What I would like to know is, what is the Arab Canadian Lawyers’ Association and why does it exist in our supposedly multicultural society. Sounds a tad racist to me.
What’s next? How about a Urkrainian Canadian Plumbers’ Union or an Irish Canadian Assembly of Bartenders?
Last time I looked, Ontario lawyers had a very muscular association but, they have a lot of Joooooz in the organization so, I suppose that, to pure, loveable Islamists, the Ontario Bar Association is harrum.

  4. A client of mine has left her Arab husband. They have 4 kids. He has put a lot of money into the kid’s youth accounts. One little girl has over $140,000.00 in her youth account. Do you think Revenue Canada would notice such a thing?
Anyway, he has told her he is keeping the kids and giving her nothing. She is terrified because she took off the hijab and is afraid his family will kill her (she is a white Canadian).
So, she went to legal aid to try and get help. Every lawyer on the list they gave her has an Arab name. She’s too afraid to speak to one of them. I’ve advised her to demand that legal aid find her a non-Arab in this situation.
Maybe she should file her complaint in Israel.

  5. Gee, what next . . . the 850,000 Jews kicked out of the Arab countries after the 1967 War getting redress and compensation for their injustices ?
Or how about a Right to Return hearing in our Supreme Court.
I’m sure all those Arab Canadian lawyers, being Canadian first, will line up to support the pursuit of justice for the 850,000.
Ya right, because Jews rights are not human rights to some people.

  6. No Fred. The next thing will be all the Arabs living in Israel will demand their own state!

  7. Why don’t they try Saudi Arabian courts? Maybe Iranian courts? I’m sure they will have a strong case in those jurisdictions.
