Everything in this fine province is getting better and better and it’s great to see it happening. And as long as Dion’s green shaft stays where it belongs (on the drawing board) we should continue to see our economy and population grow for many years.

Nah, that Roughriders victory is entirely due to the residual trans-national halo glow from the Obammessiah.
I also have an inside tip from the Obama Politburo that when he’s crowned President, the Blue Jays are to win the World Series next season.
As far as the Montreal Canadiens winning the Stanley Cup, fraid not. Even a Deity has His limits! 🙂

Well if we too could dump the socialist horde (AKA the PROGRESSIVE conservatives) here in Wild Rose Country the Green & Gold and Red & White might make a comeback.
Congratulations to the Riders and their fans on the great start to the CFL season. They deserve it!
However, I have a major bone to pick with the league. I have watched portions of the Calgary-Winnepeg, Edmonton-Ticats and Lions-Als games this past week. I have seen refereeing that makes our great Canadian game become a bush league. In each case a blown call has led to a major change in momentum in the game. These guys can’t even get a replay call right. How emarrassing!
Get better refs and this game will go to the next level. Keep these bums and I’m tuning out!
