I dont care if it is 1 million circus clowns trying to ban a book or 2 doctors, it is censorship if they take my freedom of choice away from me with political pressure.

If this is how some posters rush to judge then I should consider this when I read their judgements on other topics too.
If you dont know how a school board bans a book Tim then perhaps you should go to a school board meeting. They can ban it from libraries and remove from the circulum. They can even ban the book from being in the school. This happens in a public school system not just christian schools.

So Irwin, in your world, as long as you pass a law censoring expression, then it’s OK. The law says you can’t display nudity, so it’s not censorship because it is the law. Nice circular logic there. Do feel the same about hate laws? The law says no hate speech is allowed, therefore is that OK simply because a law has been passed? How absurd.
