The National Post has no evidence to support Mr. Klatt’s allegation against Mr. Warman and it hereby retracts any suggestion that Mr. Warman manufactured any statement about Senator Cools. Kinsella started repeatedly calling Warman a true Canadian hero, which made a lot of us uncomfortable because Kinsella had been attacking Kate, in part on the basis of pseudonymous comments posted at SDA.
Jonathan Kay asked a very very good question, and it’s something that a whooole lot of us have wondered about quite a lot, namely “How many faux-racist frauds are out there?” At the moment, there’s no way of really knowing how many faux-racist frauds are out there planting racist comments on blogs. All we know for sure is that: 1) A man who admitted to planting faux-racist comments pseudonymously is responsible for half of all the complaints
brought before the CHRC, and: 2) Liberal dirty-tricks specialist Warren Kinella repeatedly lauded that man as a true Canadian hero, while he was attacking, as racist, certain anti-Liberal bloggers, in part on the basis of supposedly racist comments posted there.
Like a lot of us, Kay said he wonders about the extent of faked evidence, “every time a Canadian hate-speech activist or blogger publicizes an email he gets…”
No kidding. On the plus side, at least there’s no need whatsoever to wonder whether Warren Kinsella, specifically, would ever post emails of dubious provenance, because in a life-affirming act of audacity Kate climbed onstage with a farcically parodic script and inserted it directly into Kinsella’s act without him even noticing the penetration — he just commenced to mouthing the words, as it were.
She was able to get him to wield the Holocaust as a pro-Kinsella event, more or less, on command, by simply framing its mention as a compliment to him. Instead of taking a look at himself, and the m.o., that led to such an instructive undressing, he’s been viciously trying to re-spin the incident, and it’s getting a bit disturbing. He seems to truly believe that he can harm Kate’s reputation as long as he attacks her obsessively enough, and with enough bile and hatred, and enough blood vessels bursting in his face. There’s just one wee problem: Every single time he asserts that Kate thinks the Holocaust is a joke, or that it’s funny, he’s lying. And people notice stuff like that. Just like they notice that HE is the one who has been taking the suffering of others to the proverbial market. HE is the one whose vulgar and unethical attempts to appropriate the historic suffering of other groups — blacks, Jews, aboriginals — that he doesn’t belong to, in the interest of portraying himself as a hero, have gone past being ridiculous — people are embarrassed for him.. And he can’t pull rank anymore, because he’s no more and no less than any other Canadian, and this infuriates him on a daily basis.
You can see how this has all been bubbling up for quite some time. First he held up thoughtfully, next to his face, the swastika he published on the cover of the book he was selling. Then he started attacking his enemies using racism as a crowbar. Then he began viciously attacking female bloggers over their appearance, and dropping hateful, ignorant insinuations about their private lives and their relationship with their pets. More recently he asked his readers to close his eyes while he whipped up vile, spooky, racist scenarios whose perceived existence or non-existence among the general public would determine, to the greatest extent, whether his book is worth purchasing, or his musings worth reading, or whether any of his curious arguments in defense of Warman made any sense whatsoever.
His public desire to harm others whom he perceives as having crossed him, including Kate, is just harming himself, and the fact that he doesn’t seem to understand that is cause for concern. His ongoing abusive, borderline stalking-attitude behaviour towards female bloggers in particular is going to come back and bite him hard, and he would really benefit from chilling out and trying to look at the larger picture. I think if he would just step back for a while he’d realize when he returns just how obsessive his posts were becoming, and that he had temporarily lost all perspective and all his sense of humour.

Jonathan Kay asked a very very good question, and it’s something that a whooole lot of us have wondered about quite a lot, namely “How many faux-racist frauds are out there?” At the moment, there’s no way of really knowing how many faux-racist frauds are out there planting racist comments on blogs. All we know for sure is that: 1) A man who admitted to planting faux-racist comments pseudonymously is responsible for half of all the complaints
brought before the CHRC, and: 2) Liberal dirty-tricks specialist Warren Kinella repeatedly lauded that man as a true Canadian hero, while he was attacking, as racist, certain anti-Liberal bloggers, in part on the basis of supposedly racist comments posted there.
Like a lot of us, Kay said he wonders about the extent of faked evidence, “every time a Canadian hate-speech activist or blogger publicizes an email he gets…”
No kidding. On the plus side, at least there’s no need whatsoever to wonder whether Warren Kinsella, specifically, would ever post emails of dubious provenance, because in a life-affirming act of audacity Kate climbed onstage with a farcically parodic script and inserted it directly into Kinsella’s act without him even noticing the penetration — he just commenced to mouthing the words, as it were.
She was able to get him to wield the Holocaust as a pro-Kinsella event, more or less, on command, by simply framing its mention as a compliment to him. Instead of taking a look at himself, and the m.o., that led to such an instructive undressing, he’s been viciously trying to re-spin the incident, and it’s getting a bit disturbing. He seems to truly believe that he can harm Kate’s reputation as long as he attacks her obsessively enough, and with enough bile and hatred, and enough blood vessels bursting in his face. There’s just one wee problem: Every single time he asserts that Kate thinks the Holocaust is a joke, or that it’s funny, he’s lying. And people notice stuff like that. Just like they notice that HE is the one who has been taking the suffering of others to the proverbial market. HE is the one whose vulgar and unethical attempts to appropriate the historic suffering of other groups — blacks, Jews, aboriginals — that he doesn’t belong to, in the interest of portraying himself as a hero, have gone past being ridiculous — people are embarrassed for him.. And he can’t pull rank anymore, because he’s no more and no less than any other Canadian, and this infuriates him on a daily basis.
You can see how this has all been bubbling up for quite some time. First he held up thoughtfully, next to his face, the swastika he published on the cover of the book he was selling. Then he started attacking his enemies using racism as a crowbar. Then he began viciously attacking female bloggers over their appearance, and dropping hateful, ignorant insinuations about their private lives and their relationship with their pets. More recently he asked his readers to close his eyes while he whipped up vile, spooky, racist scenarios whose perceived existence or non-existence among the general public would determine, to the greatest extent, whether his book is worth purchasing, or his musings worth reading, or whether any of his curious arguments in defense of Warman made any sense whatsoever.
His public desire to harm others whom he perceives as having crossed him, including Kate, is just harming himself, and the fact that he doesn’t seem to understand that is cause for concern. His ongoing abusive, borderline stalking-attitude behaviour towards female bloggers in particular is going to come back and bite him hard, and he would really benefit from chilling out and trying to look at the larger picture. I think if he would just step back for a while he’d realize when he returns just how obsessive his posts were becoming, and that he had temporarily lost all perspective and all his sense of humour.
